Gordon dosn't want to come in off the bench. I think that is a main problem Paxson has with him. He wants to start, and he should start. Why is all this trade talk on Gordon, he is a great player, who can creat for himself and others. To trade him would be so stupid on Paxsons part. Keep Gordon, he is young, and a great player.

I don't need to read more. No way we trade Hinrich.

I'd be fine trading Gordon if we got a low post player.

I think they off-set each other and having a low post player probably has more advantage when we aren't scoring from jumpers.

Gordon has never complained about not starting. All he said was as long as he get his minutes and improves his minutes every season hes fine with it he even smiled lol. The reason im for Gordon coming off the bench is because if Sefolosha can become that defender that Paxson sees him as at the start of games Hinrich and Sefolosha can frustrate their opponets and get them off their games at the start of the games. While it will be easy for Gordon when he comes in and yet Hinrich wont get into as much foul trouble as he has when Hinrich and Gordon are both starting.

Also ur a Raptors fan how can u just predict Gordon said that he doesnt want 2 come off the bench unless uve seen almost every Bulls interviews and games.

That is not true, he has said multiple times that he is a starter, and wants to start. He even had a minor feud with Skiles because of it. He is not staying in Chicago if his role is going to be sixth man.

Could u find me a link that says he said that because im still finding links that prove what im saying?

I know i remember comcastsportsnet talking 2 Gordon about him possibly being the best or second best guy ever coming off the bench and how he felt about it. He said it feels great and that as long as he gets his minutes hes ok with it.

You can search through this site using the forums search features for old threads, I know I posted at least three threads that discussed him wanting to be a starter. Here is one of the stories, although this one denies it was that huge a problem it acknowledges that it was taking place...

The Bulls are an inside post away from being Finals contenders. They've got the guard and wing play. But their lack of a consistent inside presence has been disgusting. I'd like to see Sweetney get more of a shot, because he's a nice inside scorer. But the Bulls could use Nocioni and Thomas as trade bait to try and get somebody who can give them a consistent 12-14 ppg inside.

i remember it was a rumor that said Gordon wants to start or wants out and it was solved because it was started in a message board. This was not true but a speculation that turned into a false rumor.

I know i said this already but i know Comcastsportsnet interviewed Gordon about it this season and he was fine with it.

I do not want to trade any of our main players, and then he goes to another team and rocks the house. That means Gordon and Nocioni in particular. Gordon gets better every season, and Nocioni should be healthy by time the next season. We do need one big guy to play good post offense, we have Wallace for post defense.

I'm stating there have been contradicting reports, there was many stories coming out about him being unhappy about not starting. You don't know what to believe, but saying he has never complained about not starting is not the case.

Putting him back in that role after he had his best season a as pro, would only spark up more controversy, especially with him being up for a contract extension. Do you expect him to resign to be a backup to Thabo Sefolosha? I doubt it. He will have plenty of offers to start for other teams if that is the case and he will leave.

Well i may be one of the only ones who believes Gordon over the media. How many times has people other than Chicago people actually wrote anything positive on the Bulls any? The guards are 2 short one needs 2 be traded, Wallace was a mistake, we shouldnt have traded Chandler and all while we he was on our team he was always a bust 2 the media, selecting Thomas was a mistake hell be another Stromile Swift, Hinrich should be traded, Deng the bulls best player should be traded 4 Gasol etc, the Bulls r 2 inconsistent and will take 5 season 2 get consistant, etc. The media/articles are nothing but lies 2 me and people who just write anything to attract the readers attention and get paid. How many times have we seen Garnett said he wants out rumors form the media and yet they turn out false every 2 months the media writes it. Just like Kobe wants out just from being upset which is not true.

All while the Bulls are becoming a better team the media feels we need to make a trade that will demantle the team. if the player doesnt complain, it isnt true 2 me. The Bulls will not get past the first round and will lose the the Heat in the playoffs again was another negative article they had 2 say about us. They never said Barbosa should be traded since he is in the position as Gordon o yea, the Suns are the most popular/exciting team to a lot of people who watch the NBA so its ok.

We missed our chance when he was a FA and almost signed with us. But if he really does demand a trade he'll probably want to goto a good team, and he's already shown interest in Chicago, so what the hell, let's go for it.
