A couple of years ago he almost signed with the Bulls. It was down to three teams, The Clips, Lakers, and us. And the Lakers won.

and to taurus: Kobe was proven innocent on the rape charge... What else has he done...

By far Randolph outside of the rape charges (which were dropped) Kobe is clean and he brings it night in and night out on the court.

Ok this is odd and take it for a grain of salt but I have 'Ben Wallace' on myspace (whether it is him or not I don't know) anyway he leaves a Bulletin titled 'Eddy Curry trade' and then has this message in it -

"yes it might happened dont believe me go to chicago bulls.com "

    I didn't find anything on bulls.com though

Deng has way more value to our team than Tyrus Thomas...I think Gordon, Nocioni, and Hinrich would be guys that would be on the block in a Kobe trade, maybe Tyrus as well. Who knows, but we will have to see, Paxson isn't going to mortgage all our entire future for Kobe Bryant.

the only 2 guys I cant let go is TY and Deng. the combination of deng and Bryant would be a force to be reconed with. Certainly greater than Odem and Kobe.

The reason I cant trade Ty is because his ability to change the game is so rare in todays game. I would love to keep Hinrich but if he has to go Im okay with it.

This would be a great trade because we have guys who can hit shots. if kobe passes the ball to deng or hinrich he knows that there is a good chance the ball is going in.

If we did get rid of hinrich I would start Thabo at the point.

    Thabo
    Bryant
    Deng
    Ty
    Wallace

But ill reiterate I'd rather keep Kirk.

Ill send Gordon, noch, #9 and our other picks. thats my dream deal.

Like I said on the Laker's forum, this is the best deal I've seen proposed thus far, but when it's all said and done, I just can't imagine Kobe outside a Laker's uniform. I still highly doubt he's going anywhere, but if he does, Chicago will be the most logical choice. They have all the pieces needed to win now, not to mention they play in the very weak Eastern Conference. Plus, Kobe has stated numerous times that he has shown interest in Chicago, so I do feel this will be a perfect match.

Btw, anyway we can pry either Tyrus Thomas or Sefalosha (spelling) off you guys?

If Chicago got away with that and we still had Deng, Hinrich, Wallace and Tyrus AND Kobe that is just highway robbery.

But I can't see him leaving.

He didnt change his mind. Phil told kobe that they willl work hard to make moves.

Kobe said he wants to be a laker for life. not I will be a laker for life. Because if the lakers dont make good moves kobe is leaving.

So the bottom line (that wont change) is if lakers still suck after the summer is over kobe is out of there.

    Now im being serious,

Here is my final off-season prediction.

Hinrich will be staying. A Chris Duhon and Ben Gordon starting backcourt is nothing but trouble. All our oppenents guards have 2 do is shoot over them.

Gordon will be staying. Although he hasnt been as consistent as we want him 2 be, hes only had a post-player one season since being in the NBA now that Paxson will get one. I have faith Gordon will be consistent.

    Deng-staying

    Wallace-staying

Nocioni will be staying. Although he is a free agent he is a every important part 2 this team. Who will be our scorer off the bench? Another important guy off the bench we missed having this season was Darius Songaila that no one brought up since hes been with the Wizards. Songaila gave us 10 points off the bench n 20 minutes. He had both a great outside game and solid inside game.

Brown-staying. I think he will give us one more season.

    ------------------------------
Duhon will be gone. I loved having Duhon on this team but with Sefolosha, is their a need for him? Sefolosha needs more playing time and because of Duhon hes not getting it. Plus Duhon is a good trading piece.

Sweets, Khryapa, and Allen will be gone. These guys didnt do anything and only took minutes from Thomas .
    -----------------------------
Paxson doesnt want 2 dismantle the team but wants 2 add length and athleticism. A recent article got me back on the bandwagon for getting Nene again. Before the season began i wanted him and Wallace but it didnt happen. Now that he is cheaper than Randolph and Gasol y not. It couldnt hurt.

Duhon, Khryapa, 9th pick, 2nd rounders and sign and trade Allen.

Denver will not be looking 2 trade Nene for our core players for the fact that they need less salary not more.

    PG-Hinrich/Sefolosha
    SG-Gordon/Sefolosha
    SF-Deng/Nocioni/Griffin
    PF-Nene/Thomas/?
    C-Wallace/Nene/Brown

We imo need another PF. A guy like Collison or Ely. Not sure how many minutes are available tho.

    Your Bulls 2007-2008 roster

    PG-Hinrich/Gordon
    SG-Gordon/Sefolosha
    SF-Deng/Nocioni/Griffin
    PF-Nene/Thomas/Ely
    C-Wallace/Nene/Brown

and some cheap guys like Randy Livingston or Dee Brown dont matter who.

I personally don't expect Kobe to move anywhere, especially to Chicago. I'll be sticking to the big man proposition. That is the main focus right now until Kobe Bryant is officially on the trading block.

Taurus, I don't think we can afford to take Nene's contract. Didn't he get a similar contract to Tyson? That is something around $10 million a year. How can we afford that, Ben Wallace, Hinrich and resigning Gordon and Deng for similar money?

    PTS: 31.6 REB: 5.7 AST: 5.4 PER: 26.13

No-Trade Clause Cannot trade this player without receiving his consent. Only a player with at least 8 years of NBA experience, including at least 4 years with the team he is signing with, is eligible to negotiate a no-trade clause into his contract.

    To Lakers:

    Tyrus Thomas
    Salary: $3,260,760 Years Remaining: 2
    PTS: 5.2 REB: 3.7 AST: 0.6 PER: 14.80
