<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">With five NBA teams searching for head coaches, Orlando likely will become a hub for speculation -- and maybe the site for some activity -- as the league's pre-draft camp opens Tuesday at Disney's Wide World of Sports.

Some candidates attending could be interviewed by team executives who are making the trek to evaluate college basketball talent.

Greg Oden, Kevin Durant and four former Gators from Florida's back-to-back national title team will be the main attractions at a camp not open to the public. But the Magic, Seattle SuperSonics, Sacramento Kings, Indiana Pacers and Memphis Grizzlies are seeking coaches, and at least two clubs are eyeing -- or have eyed -- Phoenix Suns assistant coach Marc Iavaroni.

"I don't know if it's a matter of who's a better coach. I think it comes down to who's a better fit for you and for the team," former Miami Heat Coach Stan Van Gundy said.

Whom might best fit where when it's all said and done? Here is a look at the five situations for teams posting "Help Wanted" signs:

MAGIC: Orlando fired Brian Hill, even though the club made the playoffs for the first time since 2003. Magic management felt the team underachieved and was frustrated with a balky offense. The Magic have refused to confirm or deny a report in The Arizona Republic that they have asked and received permission from the Phoenix Suns to interview Iavaroni, considered a hot commodity and an offensive wizard.

If Iavaroni is the first candidate interviewed by the Magic, it might mean that Florida Gators Coach Billy Donovan is not in their plans -- or they are not in Donovan's.

Van Gundy and Bob Hill -- both former head coaches -- have said they are interested in the job. Spurs assistant P.J. Carlesimo -- formerly a head coach with the Portland Trail Blazers and the Golden State Warriors -- reportedly will talk to the Magic. Reached by the Sentinel, Carlesimo said he would not comment while the Spurs are in the playoffs.</div>
