<div class="quote_poster">Mamba Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">But do you really believe that? Kobe's opened up a lot this weekend. He stopped being politically correct and has opened up about how he truly feels and what he wants. Has he shredded any chance of repairing a relationship?</div> yeah, i believe this will be fixed ... kobe's mind isn't right right now, once he calms down and everyone talks to him, ie magic johnson, all will be back to normal in lakers nation ..
<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">He just wants attention and want the Lakers to go for O'neal even if it mean letting go of Odom and Bynum.</div> You're a moron. Kobe isn't exactly starving for attention. Besides, everyone knows he likes his privacy so I doubt he just "wants attention".
This is just getting stupid now. I reckon they'll trade him anyway, would've stepped on alot of toes after jerking everyone around like this.

Thats just seems stupid to me first saying TRADE ME! There is no way in hell i'll go back to the Lakers and now coming with new theme lmao just seems like Kobe was smoking some of that **** when he was on the phone! And he is trying to clean up his mess. If you say all of those thing what LA did to you once again why stay there?
If it's getting stupid, ignore it. If a trade does happen, it's going to shake up the league. Nobody cares what your opinion is. If it's negative, just ignore it. Why would he go back? Peter Vecsey reported that Phil Jackson pretty much guaranteed him the Lakers would acquire Jermaine O'neal. Vecsey is good friends with Walsh, so a lot of his Indiana rumors are pretty accurate. He reported the deal was all but done. That is enough incentive to remove your trade request.

trading kobe would be like trading jordan, just flat out stupid, kobe is the best player in the game today, a top ten of all time, nobody trades that away, you could never get equal value for kobe so why bother? i think that this will all blow over in a matter of days, maybe a week, but laker fans are still being stuffed around with, we were promised, as kobe was promised, a team built around kobe that can be successfull. we havent gotten that and are still waiting. our management neads to pull their heads out of their asses and get down to business, and that business is bringing in a player of kg's ability, that is what it takes to win in the league, two supertars, or one superstar with a very, very good team of allstars. we have a superstar, and nothing else. we need KG or JO or 3 new players that have the ability to be an allstar or have been allstars, a guy like magloire wouldnt hurt for he would most likely come cheap. anyway as a die hard laker fan i feel quite depressed about our situation and hope, for all our sakes, that the situation our team is in will change for the better.
I think the media people are playing with Kobe. They are trying to get him to make decisions on the spur of the moment there and then on their radio shows.
I don't know what Phil told Kobe, but Kobe would be stupid to think that things can just be "fixed" instantly. This team does not have the players to make a big trade, and even if they managed to get another star here, the rest of the team would still suck, so the improvement won't be big anyway...

Not to mention you would be in cap hell for 4-5 years.
