I can fully understand Kobe's frustrations right now. If the organization doesn't do something soon (preferrably this offseason), Kobe could become the next Kevin Garnett. The reason I say that is because KG has never really had a contender built around him. He has continually stated that he wants to stay in Minny and be built around him. Instead, that team has pretty much been rebuilding, leading to constant disappointment for a player that wants to win. That's what looks like has been happening in LA since Shaq's departure. The team isn't really building around Kobe, they're simply rebuilding. They haven't brought in a piece to put them to contender status at all, despite having opportunities. And with Kobe, he's all about winning. He wants to win with the Lakers (much like KG with Minny), but if they're not going to give him a chance, why stay?
