That was the biggest utter display of domination that I have ever seen by a single basketball player in a playoff game, ever, period. It's the kind of **** that Jordan could only DREAM of doing. What else is left to be said? Every critic that ever doubted should pick there jaw up off the ground right now, and remain silent. If you get paid to be a sports analyst, quit your job. Your not good at it. All you did was doubt.

The sad thing, is that this is NOTHING compared to what you are about to see LeBron do to the Spurs. I'm not the least bit surprised by this outcome. He is mad. It's over. I was never even worried about Detroit, and now I'm not even worried about the Spurs. People made the mistake of doubting his greatness once, don't be that sap that does it again.

The guy can literally take over a game, anytime he wants to. He is doing all this with the worst coach to ever coach the game, and a roster that can do nothing but play defense and watch him score every point from 8 minutes left in the 4th to the end of double overtime.

Did I miss something, or isn't it true that the Pistons can still win this series if they win 2 in a row?

Yeah...might want to wait to talk like this till (if) he actually holds the trophy.

i dont DOUBT him as a player.. and i DID witness a superb game.. however beating the spurs is a total different cup of tea (thats ASSUMING they even get to the finals).. i wouldnt be jumping up and down just yet, lets be patient and hope they get to the finals for now.. I would LOVE to see cavs get there and knock of SA, it would be a pleasure to watch more of this guy single handedly carve up teams..

If Cleveland goes to the finals, I'm not counting against the Cavs to beat the experienced Spurs.

This could end up being similar to the 1991 playoffs when Jordan's Bulls beat the Pistons finally in the East finals and went on to beat the much experienced and favored Lakers in the finals.

Lebron has arrived. Mike Brown and Larry Hughes are the weakest links in this team.

I'm not a Lebron hater by any means (although sometimes I think he's overhyped), but the Cavs were in this exact same position a year ago and blew it. True, LB was in his first playoffs, but Detriot is still the more experienced team. Believe me, I'm the LAST person that wants to see the Pistons make it to the Finals; I absolutely despise that team.

I hear what you're saying but to me LeBron's body language and the way he's playing this year is night and day from last year. He really seems like he's grown about 3 years in 1 year. He just LOOKS like a different player out there, I don't know how to explain it.

I agree. Lebron seems to know what he's doing out there and the rest of them scrubs are gonna step up for the next home game and finish off the series.

Larry Hughes is certainly more valuable than Eric Snow, don't you think?

even though the series isn't technically over I think Detroit is in trouble....they're not as good as they were a year ago and the Cavs are better this year.

I agree....when you got a player who can do that you can always win.....the Mavs were better top to bottom last year than Miami, but Miami had the best player on the floor.......and Cleveland beat them twice in the reg. season...they play the slow down game like the spurs and they got the defenders to matchup with Duncan, Parker, and Manu..........they have to win on Sat. first, but if they do I like their chances.....

Nope. Eric Snow has been to the Finals and gives veteran leadership to the team unlike Hughes who's just happy to cash in on the pay checks and can't wait to get injured and sit and watch the action from the bench.

Hughes is good defensively and occasionally can be a good second option......I'd rather see Gibson on the floor though lol

Agreed. Gibson i think being a rookie is out to prove a point and his game is showing it. Hughes is too inconsistent to be a second option, cavs need more offence from there supporting cast seeings how hughes is a bust (ill give him the benefit of the doubt because of his ankle).

P.s. nice sig/avator! i met alicia backstage when she came to australia, she's gorgeous!

Hughes is not good defensively. I hated in Washington, as some have forgotten I am a Wizard fan, when people called him a good defender. He's decent, but he gambles a lot.

2007 ECF Champions, Cleveland Cavaliers. It's going to happen. He obviously learned from last year's flop. However, Spurs are taking it. Lebron will have his championship days no doubt.

But can the spurs contend with somone so thirsty, so hungry, so...so....dominant. Do not relay on the Spurs dirty play that has gotten them this far. It won't work. It works on other soft teams, but not the Cavs. You saw what could have happend to McDy had LeBron not held back. He will NOT tolerate any foul play. Spurs know this, and they know that one punch from LeBron could end someones career as they know it. They are scared. They haven't beaten Cleveland all year, and they do not intend to.

    It's over.

LeBron can and will conform to the following if need be:
    Every Point
    Every Time
    No Exceptions
    No Excuses

I garuntee everyone will be eating their words when the pistons come back and win the series. Lebron did have an amazing game, but it was his FIRST ONE hes ever had. Its not like hes playing like that every game. the cavs are on the way up, but they still have a little ways to go before they beat the pistons or the spurs.

Yes, Lebron played spectacular but please, Lebron wouldn't appreciate such an exaggeration: "MJ could only dream of ever doing THAT!!!" over just 1 game. Besides the fact, MJ has done it more than once. Lebron will definitely be in the hall of fame if he keeps this pace.

Why the hell would Lebron risk suspension (for multiple games, no less) and punch an opposing player?
