I log on today, read that a deal for Artest is easier than it looks, PLUS, I read that Indiana is backing off Odom, and wants a package around Bynum!! thats the thing with trade rumors in forums, i usually keep my mouth shut til it happens or else i feel like i waste my hopes and voice. plus people are very..harsh torwards certain comments lol...like over-harsh
Well i think a big trade is bound to happen, before Kobe wasn't verbal with his displeasure. Now that the whole front office knows he's pissed, I think a big deal is bound to go down. Laker fans should have a sense of excitement for the post-season trades.

I think the organization was fine with mediocrity. I wasn't expecting any big changes, I wanted them, but I didn't expect them. I'm glad Kobe stepped up and voiced his displeasures.
Going with the title of the thread, here are my emotions. It's great that the Lakers have such a devoted fan base, but why is it so dillusional? After all of these years of bullshit rumors, can't you guys just wait until the final result to get excited about these things? After all the talk over the past few years, shouldn't this be your lineup? PG - Jason Kidd SG - Kobe Bryant SF - LeBron James PF - Jermaine O'Neal C - Kevin Garnett Oh wait, none of these rumors have any credibility...
If they get it done the pressure is still on the Lakers because now expectations will settle in. They still need to meet those expectations. So still alot of pressure
Well I realyy hope that something does happen because I dont want to see another dissapointing season.
