What are your thoughts about trading cash consideration for one of Orlando's 3 second round picks?

...And then drafting Taurean Green. He was a good floor general for Florida and had a solid 3 point shot. I don't understand why he is going so low in this draft.

I don't know how much cash is needed, but can't we send the rights to the kid from Isreal or something. We acquired him through cash consideration, but it is never announced or anything.

Green makes a good volume of his 3 pt shots, and he gets to the line and makes his freethrows. I think he will be a good role player in the NBA.

Every mock draft i have looked at has him going late second round or mid second round. He will not go in the first round.

More below the rim guys, isn't T.Green a lot like JLIII.
For the Rockets I wouldn't have him in the top 5 PG's.

    Above the Rim Offensive guards.
    G.Pruitt 6'4
    R.Stuckey 6'4
    D.Cook 6'5
    A.Afflalo 6'5
    A.Law 6'3
    J.Crittenton 6'5

I kept saying that the Rockets have to be active because they only have 3 untouchables, and the first rumor is Shane for R.Lewis, which I have mixed feelings for some reason. I really like how Shane takes the D pressure off TMac, and he aint the teams problem

Having too many backup PG and PF and no starters is what is holding the Rockets back from being an elite team.

Rockets need guys that can finish at the basket. TMac was the playmaker all season, thats why having L.Head on the court with him worked when his shot was falling.
But not having the strength size or ball handling hurts L.Head

There has to be a push to get a higher pick targeting 13-20 with every backup available.

A.Blatche from Washington, M.Ely inactive for S.A. , M.Moore are PF that could come cheap and all can finish at the basket.

I agree with the concept of trading money for another pick. There's no telling what gem might be there.

But I'm fairly sure Green won't fall that low.

The guy Rockets need a trade for is Hakim Warrick

Memphis has more than a couple F and looks to get another Young one in the draft

Offer anything but the big 3

I'd be surprised if Green ended up being anything more than a more lithe Derek Fisher. Not saying that's a bad thing, but I think they're operating with similar brains.
