CJ is the man though, without a doubt! He's a talker but he's not a complete DOUCHE like a certain Wide out who is doing nothing other than riding a bike in Dallas right now.
He definately talks alot, but it's funny as hell (as long as it isn't your team he's talking about, and even then it kind of is) and he backs it up.

We'll Steve is probably number 4 for me, Chad has been more explosive for a lil longer than him, it's actually pretty cluttered and close up there at the top, you could easily argue for Randy Moss, Marvin Harrison, Hines Ward and maybe even Fitz and/or Bolden.

The thing you all are forgetting is CJ used to watch film late into the night & then sleep at Bengals HQ before he "broke out" CJ IMO is not a punk. Unlike Terrell, Chad J has a sense of humor and is not an egocentric pinhead.
The dude has also bulked up alot this off season, he says he won't consider himself elite until he gets the YAC.
