Looks like he is going to end up being "a-kon" again. Wow what an ***. Like his music but who does that?

That was awesome. Don't disrupt the performers.

In related news, Tool's frontman Maynard did something similiar to that. He flipped a guy over when he ran up on stage and sat on him until they finished the song. Priceless.

What's wrong with what he did? First of all, I hate Akon. The girl who was 15 was at a club where it was supposed to be only 18 and older. Not his fault, is it? I've seen plenty of 15 year olds that can pull off being an 18 year old.

The second time a guy messes with him on stage, so what? I think most singers/performers/front men would do the same thing,

That's like justifying what Ron Artest did at the Palace, because someone disrupted him while he was on the court.

Akon sucks SO MUCH. If i hear that nursery rhyme "Don't Matter" - the simplest, dumbest, any-preschooler-could-write-it song again, I'm gonna have to shoot people. If it wasn't for Arctic Monkeys, the music charts would be in a sad state right now.

    [IMG] post of the week.

"Oh yes we gonn' fight, believe we gonn' fight, fight for our to our right to love yeah."

Is that song about the struggle many black/white male-female relations go through? That's the conclusion I've come to and I don't think I'm right. Either way, the song is more annoying than Jon Leguizamo.

Actually, it's about how Akon wants to love that 15 year old, but depicts her as a 25 year old black women who lives with daddy, and can't go with Akon, but he takes her anyway. It sucks, I like him somewhat.

But, Phun, Arctic Monkeys, I'm sorry are really bad. I don't like rock, I'm a rap guy, but the Monkey's really show why I hate rock. No offense. [IMG]

Akon's Attorney Speaks On Concert Incident

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Almost a week after throwing a teenager off of a stage in Fishkill, New York, Senegalese R & B singer Akon has finally come forward to speak on the situation.

The incident began when the teenage concert go-er threw what witnesses have claimed was a piece of a pretzel at Akon.

After being pointed out by other concert attendee's the teenager was brought on stage and immediately thrown back into the audience by Akon.

Akon and his attorney are confident that the incident was not criminal.

"Given the information that we have reviewed to date, it does not appear to us that Akon was involved in any criminal conduct whatsoever," Akon's attorney Benjamin Brafman said in a statement. "We are prepared to fully cooperate with any law enforcement agency that may be investigating this incident."

The teenager has recently come forward to police and it seems as if charges against Akon are likely.

"We are confident that after a thorough investigation it will be apparent that no criminal prosecution of Akon is warranted," Brafman said.

Akon also made headlines back in April when he was caught on tape simulating sex as he danced with an underage girl at a concert in Trinidad.</div>

[IMG] Vince McMahon should sign him. Akon would be a heck of a wrestler.

Even though the kid was wrong for throwing something at Akon, I think throwing the kid wasn't necessary. He could've been seriously injured.

I think the worst part of it all was the way he did it. The guy's basically in a daze climbing up on the stage, and Akon jumped him. It's not like the guy had any chance to defend himself.

Yeah, Akon didn't have a chance to defend himself when the asshole threw the bottle, but two wrongs don't make a right.

Plus, he threw him into a crowd of people. How many of those people could've been hurt?

Yeah, I heard some yelling when Akon threw that kid, and those people in the crowd didn't deserve that. He should have dealt with the kid in a different manner instead of hurting innocent fans.
