Getting Otis in office, trading for Darko/Arroyo(more so Darko than Mr. Latino Heat himself ), getting Van Gundy, the freethrow shooting coach, etc. Though, you are right. There is plenty of negatives. Otis is a pretty good GM, though. The only "wtf" thing he did, was not utilizing Grant Hill's expiring contract.
