    personally I think the Raiders have it all wrong, its not their offense that needs anything its some major defensive reconstructment.....

    i dont think the Raiders are looking so great they have a mediocere team i think.... i dont think they are consistant on both sides of the ball

    Raiders finish last in the West & probably end up with a top 10 pick in next year's draft.

    Id be shocked if the Raiders were able to avoid double digit loses in that division....
    4-12 is my guess....
