I actually had a great date last night, and got home at like 1 AM, and then I got up today at 5 AM. So I'm tired as hell, but I'm gonna catch up on my sleep while I'm on the bus. That's crazy Mamba over 2 years down the drain. Why are girls so messed up? Nice stats Umair. I don't play organized ball anymore, but I never posted a triple double or anything. I probably averaged around 7/5/2. I was just out there to play defense and take high percentage shots. Besides, our team was pretty balanced. The leading scorer averaged something like 12 points. That's basically my whole AAU career, lol.
Thanks, NTC. I'm half-way through Mississippi at the moment. I'm just listening to music, watching the beautiful scenery, and typing on my laptop. Traveling has never been easier. The only problem is that on this wireless connection everything is really slow, so it takes me 10-15 minutes to make a post. Speaking of how beautiful Mississippi is, does anyone know what those tall skinny trees are? Like very tall, and not extremely thin, but like not as wide as a normal tree... I'm seeing a lot of those lining the highway. If the South had more job opportunities and wasn't so economically depressed, I think people would flock to live here. It's breathtaking. The stereotypical southerner is annoying, but you find out that not everyone down here is like that quick. Like, I'm from Detroit, my best friend is from Memphis originally, and we both have the same sorta hippie personality. You're going to have all sorts of personalities wherever you go. AAU, those were good times. The thing I loved about AAU ball was that it gave me a chance to play against some big name guys who were going to go on and do big things, even though I was nowhere near their level. I mean, I've played guys like Tyler Smith, Derrick Byars, Shawne Williams, Monta Ellis, Marc Gasol, Thad Young, etc.; the list just goes on, and I'm nowhere near as good as they are, I just got a roster spot on an elite team and coattailed into tournaments where all these big name guys were playing. Sorry for the long post, but well, it's a six hour bus ride.

Lol, I guess. Man, I'm riding through a rough area of Lousiana, about forty-five minutes away from Nawlins (running late for my first workout... not good). This sort of area creeps me out. It's nothing but marshes and swamps. I'm on the highway, and I look out my window, and I noticed that we're just on a really fuckin long bridge that goes on for miles over this swamp/marsh land that goes on for as far as the eye can see. God knows what's living in those nasty waters... snakes, gators, weird bugs, etc... gives me the creeps. However, I just went by a row of like 5-6 houses alongside the highway, in the middle of the swamp. They were really ****** old shaks, but people were definitely living there. Who in their right mind would live in a practically-cardboard house along the highway in a swamp? I feel for those people man. They looked like something out of a movie too. You know, the typical poor Cajun people. The old guy in front of me just told me an interesting story of what happened to his friend the other night. Apparently, he was a security guard for some place, and he was sitting in his car, when all of a sudden he felt a sharp pinch in the back of his neck and blacked out immediately. When he awoke a few hours later, he had no idea what had just happened, and he didn't feel anything wrong with his head, so he just went home and went to bed. Well, he died that night because he had a bullet in his brain and didn't realize it. Security cameras showed that a bullet entered the car from the back window, went through the seat, and went into his skull. It happened so instantaneously that he didn't realize what happened. They later found out that there was a gang shooting two blocks down the street and that a bullet had strayed all the way into his car. This world is crazy man...

But I know if I played for school or something, I'd never get those stats. When I play middle school ball, highest points I had were like 8 or something.
Damn Umair, impressive stats. When I go in, I'm not much of a scorer. I avg'd something like 4points, 6assists, 3steals for my Jr. High team.
Yeah Jr. High is much tougher competition. My league is tough but not as tough as AAU and things like that. But Thanks anyways

I'VE FINISHED MY EXAMS. 17 in 3 weeks, but now I've finished the entire school. Just gotta wait til August 23 to get the results. I have 12 weeks off, and want to get fit - I'm kinda overweight now and want to know what some of you guys recommend. I am a member of a gym with various CV machines, and can use weights from the 1st of July.
