Last night reminded me why I only go to upscale 21 and up clubs....me and my boys went to a 18 and up last night and it was "white t shirt night".........that place was hood rat central.....anywhere where the dj can be heard shouting "yall need to stop throwing up gang signs and hoods in here, or yall asses getting kicked out" or "where all my ladies with the clean pussies at" THE DREAM doesn't need to be there....it's been a while since I've been in a place like that and I can see why........I think that's been the first club I've been in a while where I didn't come out with at least one number and didn't even attempt to holler at one female the entire night......wait I take that back I did get at one chick in the parking lot as we were leaving.....I went up to her tapped her on her shoulder and said........ "stay in school"..............that's it.......I love females, but there's no way in hell that I was talking to ANYTHING in that joint last night.

They're having a gun training class in the back of my office. I just really don't see the point in owning a gun, I rarely hear anything about a gun actually saving a life. You're more likely to hear about a kid finding their parents gun and blasting their own brains out.

Today is my moms birthday I wonder where we're taking her to eat??

I have got to stop spending so much money....I've been spending like crazy lately.

Man, it sounds like you're getting old, DREAM. Maybe you're just jaded. [IMG]

As for the whole gun thing, I'd rather get like a taser or mase or something. My bro's actually got some he ordered off the internet that'll make you fall to your knees. It's serious stuff.

OT, I think I'm officially an insomniac. I tried to go to sleep last night, but I kept getting up. My mind was too restless. Now I'm sitting here waiting for a ride to the gym. I'm going to have to go through my regimine with no sleep. This will be hell.

Well, its 1.30am here, time for bed. I just finished playing Call of Duty 3 'Capture The Flag' online, I was stuck with a bunch of idiots, and we got whipped 17-1 in an hour long game, I was like the only one attempting to capture the flag. The other team had like 4 more guys than us though, but still, idiots.

*****, I just remembered I have to make my bed, lol, at 1.30am.

yeah I am getting older, but I still don't mind going out....I just actually wanna feel safe and not worried about some 18 year old dude coming around throwing up a hood looking to start something....I felt like reading Malcolm X after leaving that spot last night, lol.....

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">*****, I just remembered I have to make my bed, lol, at 1.30am.</div>

I seriously can't remember the last time I made my bed...and I mean that...right now I sleep on one of our couches in my sisters old bedroom, but even when I did or do sleep in my room in my bed I can't recall the last time I actually woke up and made my bed up...it doesn't even cross my mind.

I'm contemplating on whether or not I want to go skydiving with some friends...I have a HUGE fear of heights and I'm not one to really stare death in the face like that.....

I really need to stop drinking and eating fatty foods..... last week I got some new black slacks and I used to wear a 34 in the waist.....I tried on the 34's and they were tight as hell...I ended up getting 38s....they felt comfortable as hell.

Be on the look out for my new blog today...the main idea will be centered around what "good music" really is......I think I'm going to start writing blogs or album reviews every week.....it helps the day go by faster.

Was it any good? I hate how she comes up with 1 Harry Potter book every 2 years. By the time I read the new one, I've forgotten about what happened in the previous books

Well, I had my first gig last night with all of my new material. The first time I've played a show in years. Came home late and almost missed the Tour de France stage this morning on Versus. Anyway, it was a great evening, but I feared the worst when I first arrived. There were only about 7 people in the caf? seating room and only a few outside taking orders on the go. There was this other guy who I didn't even know playing before me and I felt bad for him at first. Thankfully right before everything started the place picked up to around 20 people or so, but I was nervous because I had never played this material in front of a new audiance before.

The guy who played before me was amazing, Calib Danewe, I think. Not sure how to spell the last name. He was all acoustic during his first two songs and he was so damn good often times it seemed like there were two acoustics playing at once. Reminded me of Half Asleep's downtone meets Damien Rice with vocals similar to Chris Martin. When he took a break between, the owner set up a drumkit and the place was up to more then 50 people I think. It was basically full and I was just hoping I wouldn't mess up anything. The guy went back out and finished up with three other songs and they were absolutely amazing. He had a drummer for these next three songs with an electric guitarist that only made simi noticable sound effects while Calib played an upright bass for the first two songs and the piano for the last one. He had a huge applause and then introduced me as the next talent.

My friends came down from Gurnee to play the other instruments for me. Well, technically I'm only friends with the guitarist, but the others are friends of his that he met when he moved up north and he shown them how to play everything. I was worried they wouldn't get it down since I'd never played with them before, but they were great musicians. I had to leave out a few songs because I need a violinist for those, but we played 6 including a cover that I reworked. I almost screwed up on 2 songs because I was so damn nervous. We had to extend one verse before the vocals came in on one song because I forgot the majority at first, then it came back to me. When it was all over I had a standing ovation. One of the best nights I can recall in a while and I can't wait for the second show.

It's pretty good, quite gripping, especially in the last 200 pages. But you really need to remember what happened in Book 6 to read this one. J.K. Rowling said herself that Books 6 and 7 are more like 2 parts of one book.

It is supposed to be, yes. But it is possible that she will write small books for charity. She wrote two books (textbooks from the novels) to be sold for Comic Relief.

J-Will was amazing in Sacramento. Remember "White Chocolate"? Lol, Jerry West killed him man. When he traded Bibby for JWill and brought Hubie Brown in, he turned from "White Chocolate" back into Jason Williams, and that was the end of those flashy behind-the-back passes and crossover dribbles.

I remember his first season here when management was bitching about how out of control he was. I was hoping they'd just let him do what he does. Pro basketball is boring as is. So what if he occassionally throws the ball out of bounds? He made the NBA watchable.

He and skip have really toned down for the sake of impressing the suits.

Is anyone else watching this LA/Chelsea matchup on ESPN? Pretty boring stuff, but I think I might actually be buying into the hype here, because I find myself rooting for LA.

I can't stand either team. Is Beckham playing? I heard he was dealing with some sort of injury.

Yeah I kind of hope the Warriors sign and trade Pietrus for J Will so he can revert back to his old form in Nellie's offense and play some streetball with Baron but it doesn't make sense for Miami.

And yes, I was watching the Chelsea-LA soccer game but then remembered why soccer is so boring after coming to the realization that Beckham aint playing.
