I'm looking to do a very basic promotion of NFL Forums - but I need people's help. I am hoping that everyone here can save NFL Forums.net as a bookmark on Del.icio.us. If you don't know what Del.icio.us is, just think about it as your bookmarks folder, but its saved on the Internet. The cool thing is, other people can see what your favorite sites are... You will need to register for an account, but don't worry, its free to do so. (You can go here: Delicious Registration) Once you have registered, use the link below to save the bookmark. Use this link For tags, you can copy and paste the following two words: nfl football Thanks everyone! I may be holding a contest soon, so keep paying attention!
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (vikingfan)</div><div class='quotemain'>My appreciation. </div> I think Stan Lee would refer to that as a "No-Prize."
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Pack Attack)</div><div class='quotemain'>Have you thought about creating a MySpace page for NFL-Forums to recruit new members?</div> Awesome idea. How bout it, VF?
I would till like to see a banner ad that we could place on our personal pages at myspace. If you can leave a link to a banner graphic (.gif)? I think I can get the code set up to embed on myspace.
I'll work on a banner - that's not a bad idea. I haven't considered doing the MySpace thing - that is a good idea.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>I haven't considered doing the MySpace thing - that is a good idea.</div> I went to the MySpace "groups" section and did a search for football and hundreds of groups showed up. If you created a forums MySpace page and sent invites to all the groups to join their "friends" lists, I bet we'd scare up a ton of new posters.

What would you think about having a sponsored competition where the winner receives $100? It would involve more than just getting new members, although that would be a big part of it...
Just wanted to let you know I signed up at del.icio.us. Maybe we should all go join the largest group at myspace for our particular team(s) and post an invite in there.
