that one chick that my homies placed a bet on me to get her number gave me her email address the other day ................ that was lame, but I knew she had a man so I kinda expected it ..........

I'm starting to miss writing music.......... it's like everytime I think of picking up a pen to write, I just put it back down for some reason ..... I love the feeling after getting out of the booth spitting your verse for the first time with my homies tellin me I went hard ..... I miss connecting words in different patterns ..... I miss sitting up listening to a beat for hours just to figure out what I want to talk about and how I want to flow around it.. but I know I'm not serious about pursuing a career with it, so I think that's why I don't bother anymore ..... I don't want to get my good friends hopes up to thinking "jahari kavi is back".....

yeah you still like her.............. if you don't have feelings then you would say "I don't want to be with her under any circumstances".... at least that's how I feel when I don't want to be with someone.

Haha I reached the point where I was saying the same thing like two weeks ago, this girl I have been crazy about since the day I met her had been dating this guy for three years, so I had gotten to the point where I was like I guess we can just be friends if something happens it happens. Then out of no where they break up like about a week ago, need less to say...........I was all over it haha. We were talking on msn like two days after she broke up with her BF and she kind of dragged the fact that I liked her out of me, and than hit me with the "why did you never say anything earlier line."

if I was a gay man, then yes I would like it.........since I'm not...hell no.....the only way I get through those games is taunting players (from both teams), making jokes with other rowdies during the game about players and fans sitting around us, looking at their fine dance squad (minus the guys who love to dance and actually dance better than the girls), and drinking.

Lol, do you have to go to the games, and is it crowded in a WNBA game?

I don't "have" to go, but I'm showing face hoping it will help me with my Rockets tickets next year, plus the guy who's heading it is someone who I consider a friend and I know he needs help getting people in the 50 seats they bought for us....don't ask me why they bought 50...and no, no one is ever at the games, they close down certain parts of the stadium and eventually I think they're going to have to move to a smaller facility if they want to stay in Houston...but they actually sold out one game this year, but it was only because it was kids day...I wasn't even at that one...I've been to about half the games.

Went out with my buddies tonight, just sat down and had some brews. My friend's relative from the states was there, and I got into a conversation with him. Turns out he went to Georgia Tech, so I took the chance to ask him a few questions about college. The things of most importance he told me was that, for starters, if you get a scholarship, any scholarship, the college/uni will treat you like you were from in-state financially, which means that you wouldn't have to pay nearly as much money as if you were an international student without scholarships. Another thing of major interest he told me was that after seeing some of my friends play soccer, he said that they would probably make a college squad. He said that I could contact coaches at different colleges/unis and just ask the coach if it was possible to get a full scholarship or at least a partial scholarship if I made the cut. The thing is, none of my friends play soccer seriously (except like one or two of them), and if those guys could make a college team; so could I, especially if I were to play soccer for every day until the tryout (something I'd be willing to do for a scholarship). So I'll definetly be contacting some soccer coaches through email.

The saddening news that I heard was something I have suspected for a really long time; that there are indeed a whole lot more pretty girls in Sweden than in the US. It's not shocking concidering I live here and know what it's like, and come to think of it, I can't really think of any hot chick I saw while I was visiting New York.

    P.S. I'm still a bit drunk.

What's wrong with the WNBA? It's not as good, nor as entertaining as the NBA, but why do have to be gay to like it?

I casually follow the Liberty. Basketball is basketball.

<div class="quote_poster">THE DREAM Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">because good artists who make good music deserve to be supported for their work...especially when

    A. Good music is hard to come by these days
    B. If you actually buy the album, then that helps artists get more radio play, promotion, hype, etc. for their next album by showing that they have a fan base
    C. They really have a love for their art and deserve my money if I feel like it.</div>

As big a Common fan as I am, 'Finding Forever' isnt worth the $$$

It's only like 12 songs long, and I only added about 5 or 6 of them to my playlist.

The only reason I dont buy albums, is because I dont listen to CD's. Everything I download or buy goes straight onto my PC, so I'm essentially left with a $30 coaster. It's just a waste of money. I do feel kind of bad, but I mean its just not worth it. Plus I mean most of these guys are rolling in money off endorsements and other crap anyway, and for what? Making music? It's not like they're out there saving lives or anything like that. The way I see it, if an artist loves making music as much as they claim, they wouldnt care how their music is acquired, so long as its out there, and people are listening to it, hearing their "message".

I buy DVD's and video games though, as I use my DVD player / PS3 alot, and I just prefer to have the proper copy than burnt ones.

I saw a bit of the San Antonio game tonight, and you're right. It's still basketball. Becky Hammon is hot too.

Lol, I just read that and thought "Whaaat!?!?!"

Your perceptions are way off, especially if you think that you can get a DI scholarship as just a casual player of any sport, even a sissy sport like soccer that no one in America plays.
