Read a book. It always makes me fall asleep. Or I watch TV till I'm tired. If I don't fall asleep I just get up and I go play ball. One night, it was 4:30. I couldn't sleep. I went out to a school court and I shot around for 3 hours. I went home took a shower, went to play more ball, then I feel asleep pretty early that night.

listen to music. not loud rap music but relaxin music.

if that doesnt work, take a pill. but be careful what brand you take and also be carefule you dont take to many and addicted to them. I have these little spurts of insomnia during every month where i cant sleep for like 1-2 weeks every month. My body just wants to keep goin. It helps me, but like I said be careful.

Crazy, he just randomly appeared and I was like "oh ****, it's Gary Payton." I must say, Payton is real cool and I took a picture with him too. It's on my phone though, but if I can find a way to get it up on the computer, I'll post it!

This summer I've just been meeting all these famous basketball players who happen to all be point guards. I wonder who's next.</div>

That's tight MrJ. Have you met Smush Parker yet?

Listen to some Sade..........Cherish The Day, Sweetest Taboo, and Smooth Operator will put your ass right to sleep.......one night a couple of weeks ago I was only able to get 4 hours of sleep but throughout those 4 hours I heard Sade's voice in my head and it was sooooooooo relaxing...the next morning I woke up feeling like I got a good 10 hours of sleep...........no lie....I've just noticed recently that I have a "slight" infatuation with Sade.......

    AND

Jacoby Jones..........all you NFL fans keep that name in mind.......so far dude looks like he's going to be a steal....

    EDIT

and this could be a reason for the infatuation (if you're 18 or younger don't follow link)

as much love that Andre gets (and he deserves it) people always seem to forget about how dope Big Boi is......to be honest he's a better MC than Andre right now, although Andre was better on their older material Big Boi still came correct.....especially on ATLiens when he would "occasionally" outshine Andre Ben.

Remember the Titans is an awesome movie but the acting is HORRIBLE. Denzel is alright but other than that the acting gets a -12/10.

^^^I agree..........the worst scene is when a couple of the players trick the black and white football players to meet up in the school gym and that one fat guy starts talking............."look at us yall...................we got back from camp and we think we somethin...............we ain't nothin yall"..................it went something like that, all I remember is him saying the word "yall" a million times............horrible dialogue and homeboy didn't do a good job of executing it.

After watching ESPN messing up another list on ESPNU's top 10 collegiate QBs by leaving Vince Young off the list I felt the need to post VY vs. Merril Hoge

^Lmao, I remember when Merril Hoge said all those things. I couldn't stop laughing. I would of fired him for his stupidity.

Hey DREAM, that's real unfortunate that they left off Vince Young from a collegiate list, but he's still not a very polished passer. If Merrill is saying Vince will always suck at passing, then he's just guessing, but VY needs a lot work as of right now. His QB rating was 66.7 last year.

Now you should also know that almost every (if not all) superb Running QBs in the NFL have suffered major injuries (or repeated ones), that cut their career by a significant amount (Cunningham, Vick, McNabb, Culpepper, Steve Young). That's because they don't take the pounding RBs do in practice and are usually more brittle.
