<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Hey DREAM, that's real unfortunate that they left off Vince Young from a collegiate list, but he's still not a very polished passer. If Merrill is saying Vince will always suck at passing, then he's just guessing, but VY needs a lot work as of right now. His QB rating was 66.7 last year.

Now you should also know that almost every (if not all) superb Running QBs in the NFL have suffered major injuries (or repeated ones), that cut their career by a significant amount (Cunningham, Vick, McNabb, Culpepper, Steve Young). That's because they don't take the pounding RBs do in practice and are usually more</div>

yeah he needs to improve on his passing (and I'm sure he will, because most rookie QBs struggle at first), but on the collegiate level I still think he deserved a top 10 slot....and I really don't looke at him as a run first QB.

Culpepper, Cunningham, McNabb, Steve Young weren't "run first QBs" and still got injured. It's almost inevitable.

injuries can happen to anyone in football...especially at the QB position...all those guys for the "majority" of their careers weren't injured.

I'm not sure if our summer vacation starts a week earlier, but our breaks in the school year are longer. For an example, I believe we get close to 4 weeks for winter break, we get 2 weeks for spring break, and 1 week for Thanksgiving. We also get a lot of days off because of "staff" days

It made Steve Young retire immediately, Cunningham was really screwed, as were McNabb and Pep. They've had like their prime years/games cut in half aside from Steve (he still missed 30% of his games the last five seasons).

People get injured all the time in the NFL but there is no doubt that Running QBs are at the top tier. I didn't even mention McNair yet.

Damn, that's tight. I wish my school had something like that. Then I wouldn't mind starting school earlier.

But a lot of times these guys get injured by just being hit in the pocket......I remember Aikman being sidelined because he got lit up so much....injuries happen in football all the time...the reason why I'm not too concerned about VY being injury prone is because he's not a reckless runner, he's a pretty big dude, and his passing game will continue to improve.

Well, today, after a week of playing games with the kid (the FIRST damn week of school at that)...the former GF breaks up with me because she feels there was "nothing" between us anymore. Which I did kind of agree with, except I thought it was just because I had hardly seen her all summer. But I guess she wants to give up now...so she basically breaks up with me through text message.

Although I didn't interject then...I'm not about to let a female blatantly disrespect me like that...and because I'm a pretty laid back dude...I think she is going to be surprised when she hears from me tomorrow at school, cause I'm not going to hold back when I tell her how I feel..I'm not going out quietly from this females bullish!t...

It's not four weeks. It's more like 3 weeks and a quarter. We start school again on a Wednesday after Winter Break

It doesn't matter if he is a reckless runner or not, the pounding takes it's toll. The law of averages is against him. And if he doesn't take risks while running, he'll just be a 300-400 yard rushing Qb tops in the future.

Some QBs are just injury prone, but there is a greater rate of injury in running QBs. You can't name a single great running QB that hasn't been significantly affected by injuries, not one. The most consistent runner not affected by injuries was probably John Elway, but like I say, he was just a 200-300 rushing yard per year guy which Vince is not.

Went out on Saturday night, only just got home 5 minutes ago, lol (its Monday here).

Was a decent night, hit up this other massive club we have here in Brisbane, fits about 3,000 people, and it was packed to the brim. SOOOOO many fine chicks though, I honestly can say I didnt see one chick I wouldnt get at, just find broad after fine broad.

I was macking on this fine ass German chick too, although she wouldnt budge, lol, once she found out my age, she said she was too old for me [IMG], but wouldnt tell me how old she was. I'm guessing she was probably 27-28, because she didnt look very old at all. I was pretty 'hands on' with her and she didnt tell me to get lost or anything, so I'm confident she wasnt bullshitting me, lol. Sweet girl though, real sweet. I was spitting mad German and French, lmao (she could speak both). She was there with her Canadian friend from Toronto who was pretty hot also, so I'd be lying if I said a threesome wasnt on my mind at first [IMG]

I dont know what it is, but I always seem to end up trying to get at older girls or foreigners [IMG] Not intentionally at least.
