Mike Furrey has taken a Kurt Warner-like route to the NFL. From Northern Iowa to stints in Arena Football and the XFL, and he finally emerges as a starting NFL receiver in Detroit. This is a great story for those interested in a real underdog. I for one would prefer to see Mike Furrey make it big than Charles Rogers. This guy has paid his dues big time. If I recall, Furrey started @ WR then switched to DB to help the lambs who were/are deficient in that position. So, he is back @ WR and with Martz. Best wishes... to Furrey.
