Does he really think that the Pats have a better shot at a Super Bowl then the Chargers? The Chargers only down fall is the fact that their qb is unproven. But it's not like they just picked him up out of free agency, they decided to have him start, so he must have looked good in practice. In his 1st preseason game he looked good, and it's not like they are asking him to take the team on his shoulders, they have an elite rb in LT, arguably the best in the league. So imo, the Chargers have at least as good of chance as the Pats to win the Super Bowl, and I think it was a mistake on his part to leave the Chargers if he's going to go to another team.

Does Seau think he's Air Jordan? He's sure acting like him. It seems that half of Junior's time in Miami was spent on the IR.
Yeah I'm not expecting much from Junior, but we are short at the position with Bruschi still rehabing. I've always thought Seau was overrated, but we'll take any help we can get.
it seems like there are a few players who just dont know when to stop. First Favre just wont leave even though he has ran out and now Seau. Maybe Jerry Rice will come back who knows

I will say i think personally Favre needs to just retire... But last year the packers were in a hurt in a bad way.. the ONLY consistant offensive threat they had was Driver.. so considering what favre had to work with his TD-Int ratio wasn't all that bad.. even though it was high he can't do it alone.. BTW if it were Eli Manning in that situation he would have been much much worse then favre
Favre did all he could to give his team a chance to make plays, they just weren't able to step up and make them. Favre's not the type of QB who will hold back and let his team lose, he's going to fight, every play, every drive, and every game. Some people say that it's a bad decision, that it made it worse, but if he didn't try, they would have lost anyway. He's not worried about stats, he's worried about winning games. If it weren't for the risks he takes they probably wouldn't have scored half as much as they did.

If Favre doesnt look too short by week 7 then just put Rodgers in
It would of been a little different if Rodgers looked ready to go. At least now his confidence (and neck) aren't broken and he can keep progressing

On a serious note, I think that as long as the O-Line can gel, we'll be fine.
