Detroit at Cleveland for the annual Great Lakes Classic Pre-Season game. I believe there's a traveling cup/trophy.

I don't think you should say a word about uni's when your team wears <u>teal</u>! lol Dre Bly made an All-Pro type pick off Charlie <u>Fried</u> on the opening drive. Still the best DB in the NFC North.

If I were a Jacksonville fan then I'd be worried. Fortunately, Miami wears Aqua As for the title thread, couldn't that apply to any NFCN divisional game as well as the Steelers, Colts, bills, & the 2 Ohio teams?

Jon Kitna to Kevin Jones for a 4 yard TD pass. Detroit - 7 Cleveland - 7
Rookie kicker Matt Prater just booted a 44 yard FG to put the Lions back on top. He also hit from 28 earlier. He might be someone Green Bay will take a hard look at when the Lions cut him. He was a 4 year starter at of Central Florida.
Former Miami #1 pick (26th overall) Jamar Fletcher made a nice interception on a tipped ball and returned it 53 yards to the Cleveland 4 yard line. While at Wisconsin, Fletcher set a new Badger all-time INT mark with 21 picks.

It would have been good from 60.
I'll give you this ZM. It's good to see your dedication. You'll be at the games till the end. Sure you may be wearing a brown bag on your head but at least you'll still be supporting
The Browns scored 10 in the 4th quarter to win 20-16. Josh McCown was the Lions the player of the game. He drove the team from their own 7 to the Browns 6 yard line where time ran out. Orlovsky sucked tonight. Look for McCown to overtake him for the backup job. The Lions have a lot of work to do, that's for sure. The defence forcing 4 turnovers kept the Lions in the game.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Aug. 18, 2006 CBS SportsLine.com wire reports Matt Prater kicked three field goals -- 22, 44 and 48 yards -- for the Lions (1-1). An undrafted rookie from Central Florida, Prater has no chance of beating out Jason Hanson, Detroit's all-time scoring leader and one of the NFL's most consistent kickers for the past 14 seasons. However, Prater's strong kicking could land him a job elsewhere, or force the Lions to keep him around. Lions coach Rod Marinelli said he's considering keeping two kickers. "He was a beast," Marinelli said. "He did a great job tonight."</div>
