I was talking to one of my friends last week and told her we should chill sometime next week, which was this weekend. I never added in a date or time though and she never asks either. Then she calls me about 7:00 last night and says she’s mad at me since we didn’t chill this weekend. She starts getting all upset even though the weekend isn’t over yet. Then she says I hear girls in the background “where you at, who you with?” etc. The crazy part about it is she’s not even my girl and I’m not talking to her either. She’s just a friend. The girls I was with overheard the conversation and said I was wrong for not setting up the time and date. And apparently it was even worse chilling with her on Sunday since it was the “leftovers” of the weekend. They were basically giving me the “Wow, what an asshole!” vibe even though I was completely faultless. The past couple of weeks I’ve been thinking about having a girlfriend, but after that I realized exactly why I’ve been avoiding those situations: Females are the most complicated creatures on the face of God’s green earth.
