what are some of the interesting scenarios you have heard that are possible if the lakers decide to trade kobe? the w most interesting I have heard are: 1. A 3 way trade with the Bulls and Wizards where some young guys like tyrus thomas, ben gordon, sefolosha, or a mixture of them go to washington, and washington gives arenas and 9th pick to lakers, and then bulls get kobe bryant 2. lamar odom, radmonovic, and andrew bynum for kevin garnett. i have also heard that dallas and pheonix might wanna get kobe, and stephon marbury would like kobe to come to knicks but i doubt that will happen
Why KG to LA? I'm sure the wolves could make a lot better offer for kobe if anything. Like RD, Jaric, and the 7th. Or RD, JAric, Hudson, and blount or somehting. That is WAY better than odom (who is just as good as ricky davis) and crap
If Kobe goes anywhere, its the Bulls. I'm sorry Fresh, but Blount, Davis, Hudson are not where the Lakers wanna go. They want young talent who can be built around. Gordon and Thabo or Duhon and the 9th pick are guys that can be built around Bynum or whoever.

I was just showing that KG is not coming to LA for that crap when the wolves can offer a lot more for Kobe. And if they want young then Mccants and the 7th probably doesn't look too shabby. But i agree the bulls def have the best offer
Well lets see. We have a top 5 player in the West (Kobe) who's team would win a championship if they had a "pippen" type player. We have a top 5 player in the East (LeBron) who is in the same situation. There's no point in further complicating matters. Kobe over to Cleveland, and be done with it. Would never happen though because too many people would bitch. The "not enough ball to go around" theory is also flawed. I think it would be great and entertaining to watch them 2 throw lobs to each other all day long.

Not to mention Kobe and Lebron want to have their own legacy not share it with each other.

<div class="quote_poster">Lostmyluggage Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">All this is true and it would not happen for those very reasons, but if it did, it would be one hell of a run!</div> well obviously. While we are at it how bout Minnesota gets nash and kobe in a 3-way deal. It's not possible but if it did it would be one hell of a run. lol
how about michael jordan magic johnson and hakeem come back to the NBA in their prime condition giving the bulls a championship. wouldnt that be great too
there has been that rumour of kobe being involved in a three way trade with the bulls and the celtics which could see paul pierce wind up with the Lakers... although there were no facts in this rumour and it mentioned nothing about which players the celtics would acquire from the bulls... if kobe goes, he has to go east, but if we don't get a superstar in return then it has to be a star player along with a top draft pick...
john paxson already said dont plan on kobe coming to chicago because we would have to give up too much...unless they changed their mind about wo they received, but i still wouldnt want kobe cuz he isnt a team player and he would mess up the chemistry
I love how people were on Kobe's nuts when they thought their team was going to get him and when the deal dont fall through they say oh well he isnt a team player newayz lol gotta lovei t.
Kobe still could be traded out of LA, but I doubt it now. I hope they make some changes though or it will become a mid year trade deadline race!!! I have never wanted him, I personally don't think he would fit any of my favourite teams!!!
Kobe would want to come to NYK i'm guessing....he is waiting for us to get artes.... and set up the core so we can go all the way lmao!!!!

Now that you guys have a frontcourt of Eddy Curry and Zach Randolph, the Knicks seem a lot more attractive

Sacramento has offered Artest for Turkoglu, they really like Hedo. 3 team trade? New York trades: David Lee/filler New York recieves: Ron Artest ----------- Orlando trades: Hedo Turkoglu Orlando recieves: David Lee/filler ----------- Sacramento trades: Ron Artest Sacramento recieves: Hedo Turkoglu It benefits all teams. David Lee is in a logjam at the PF position, so you basically trade Lee(who is now expendable) and a semi-bad contract for the defensive prowess of Ron Artest to start right away. The Magic have been looking to shop Hedo Turkoglu around to free up a little cap space. If the Magic don't want to resign Darko, they can get David Lee who is a capable PF to come right in and start alongside Dwight. Magic run on class, so they won't want to get Artest. The Kings get what they were interested in anyway Hedo for Artest.

I don't think Kobe would want to play with Curry and Randolph. Randolph in particular is not an efficient player, he's a volume scorer around the basket. For all Bryant complains, I think he'd still be reluctant to enter a situation where he'd be giving up multiple touches down low, especially since Randolph isn't even a high percentage guy. Also, you're talking about two guys at the 4 and 5, one with a microfracture repaired knee, the other with an irregular heartbeat history, both historically overweight. Kobe, in addition to not likely wanting to pin his hopes on two guys with uncertainties of that nature, didn't get along with Shaq when Shaq was letting his love handles go; which doesn't bode well for either Curry or Randolph.

Zach shoots low %? when was that? dude shot .467% from the field which in my book is great for that type of shooter. closing note Kobe+Curry+Zach+"I saw the Light" eastern conference champs for sure!
