    VITALS: 6-3, 195, Texas A&M

OVERVIEW: Perhaps the most clutch player in the country, with a penchant for hitting buzzer-beating shots for the Aggies. Law led A&M and was fifth in the Big 12 Conference in scoring at 18.1 points. Scored a career-high 33 points at Texas and went over the 20-point mark 18 times. The smooth lefthander was named to the Wooden Award All-America team and earned All-Big 12 first-team honors the past two seasons. Law shot 50 percent from the floor and was outstanding from 3-point range (.458). He finished third on the school's career scoring list and was also third in assists (545) and sixth in steals (156). In Law's final three seasons, the Aggies compiled a 68-24 mark.

    LIKELY DRAFT POSITION: 11-20.

    COMPARATIVE UPSIDE: Derek Harper

    COMPARATIVE DOWNSIDE: Kevin Ollie

ROLE PROJECTION: Backup point guard for most teams; could start for some.

POSITIVES: Law has the magnetic personality and leadership qualities needed to be a point guard in the NBA. He has the creative ability to find ways to score and the physical ability to take a hit after he drives in the lane. Law is a hard-nosed defender who never backs down from the challenge of facing a quicker or stronger opponent. It's been well-documented how he persevered and helped his college program rise from the bottom to the NCAA Tournament. His intangibles and character are as important to his success as his talent.

Am I the only one that thinks he'll end up turning into a SG on the next level? His offensive game is just too good to use as a PG, he's flat out a gamer. He has the D-Wade type feel to his game, can drive to make his pattented right hand floater and has that sweet lefty mid-range stroke. Doesn't quite have the range but he's a total gamer. Come up clutch all the time, don't know why no one sees him as being a less athletic D-Wade, who also was a PG in college.

I can see him being a really good combo guard. Kinda like an AI role.

There are rumors going around that he got a commitment from Atlanta since he cancelled the Hornets workout right afterwards. But DX said that the agency he's with is based in L.A. and he would like to get PT, something he wouldn't get behind Chris Paul.

I see Law averaging something like 15 and 5 in the prime of his career.
