I hate to sound like the old man that hates "modern" music, but it really doesn't get any worst than this crap.....bad message (yet still has kids singing on the hook), bad beat, bad lyrics, bad video, stereotypes throughout the video putting our own people down....just in one word "terrible"

Trust me, you are not alone. Hip hop music, more than any other (although I can think of some death metal examples too) kind, are just utter crap these days. Seems like they have discovered a working formula with catchy lyrics(to idiots) and (s)lightly dressed females dancing and hip-thrusting all over the place. Then there is the main idiot him/herself, who, if male, is blinged out and has a name like Lil' nuts or something, or, if female, is someone whose voice they have dubbed over, and is really only a girl with some dancing talents and a body worth showing on screen. Needless to say, I hate this crap, and I wonder how much longer we all have to endure it.

I wonder why people buy this crap? When I was like 12-14, the "commercial/bling" cat was Nelly, and Nelly's first album (Country Grammer) was a pretty good album. Yeah, he fell off by the time Hot In Herre came around, but I'd rather listen to lines like "I'm just Kidding like Jason!" (hey, atleast it's basketball related) to "I got some ready whips...they call me whipalicious". What was the point of that video anyway? Can someone please tell these hip hop heads those skits at the beginning are completely unnecessary and make them look like idiots?

Some songs are good to just party to, cuz girls are idiots and like anything with a beat. But from a lyrical standpoint, this stuff sucks.
