He's doing it so he can get another player along with KG to try to contend. [IMG] First he wanted 1 player and now it isn't good enough, so he's going for 2 players and on and on it will go.

So for the first time in the history of all our KG discussions its actually a legit discussion now.

My question is, they said originally it was a 4 team deal between boston, indiana, LA, and Minneta.

They said indiana was getting L.O and A.B, Lakers were getting KG, what was minnesota and Boston getting? And what was Boston giving up?

Good question. If those are true, then how could JO NOT be going to either Boston or Minnesota?

    Boston would get Jermaine O'Neal

Minnesota would get the #5 pick, Ratliff's expiring contract, Gerald Green and Sebastian Telfair

Supposedly boston wasn't happy with that ^ Can't Indiana throw that foreign guy who can hit threes and call it good?

LA Times said that "4 team deal" went down, so now we are dealing on 1-1 with the wolves

    Lakers get: Garnett
Wolves Get: Odom, Brown, Bynum and Picks.

    Other Lakers Move:
Cook for Head (We really need a PG a Rockets really need a PF, because they trade Howard)
    Luke Walton (Re-Sign)
    Magloire (MLE)
I Hope we can keep the 19Pick and get Nick Young (but he is espected to be drafted on 10-15)

Lakers Starting Line Up Next Season

    PG: Farmar-Head-Sasha
    SG: Bryant-Evans
    SF: Luke-Radmanovic
    PF: Garnett-Turiaf
    C: Mihm-Magloire

    Gretings from Chile
    Bye, sorry fot the english

I'd lose all my respect for Kobe if they get this deal inked and he still leaves. I got goosebumps down my spine right now. I've always dreamt of a Kobe/KG combo in LA. Wow.....

EDIT: They also mentioned the Suns might try to block the deal because Kobe & KG together would be an obvious threat for their championship aspirations.</div>

Man... Phx is getting so low, were they not trying to stop us from getting Kidd to?

No chance. Billups left a 6.5 mil a year contract and he already has a ring, so he isn't going to sign for less to come to LA. He's gonna be getting a big payday this offseason.

If Kobe leaves after Garnett is brought to Los Angeles, all of those die hard fans that loved Bryant and supported him during his darkest and worst hours such as the rape case will lose a lot of respect for him. I could see him losing a lot of fans if he jumps ship when a player of Kevin Garnett's caliber is suiting up alongside him. He wanted help and an offseason of change. He's getting that so for him to leave would be selfish and stupid on his part.

I think Kobe will lose all respect if he leaves LA if they get KG. Getting KG for Kobe is the organization's way of getting work done in the off season. If that's not good enough for Kobe, he doesn't deserve to play for this franchise.

Did anyone really believe 3 former Boston Celtics, (Ainge, Bird, & Lurch), were going to work together and agree to help the Lakers out?
