Amare wouldn't want to go to the Hawks he has no saying in this so if it happens the Suns will be a hard team to beat and Hawks will have a great Center.

Sorry on the mistake.Amare wouldn't want to go and will not play there and probably ask for a trade. If it happens...
Why wouldn't Amare want to play in Atlanta? Have you guys actually looked at their talent? They are extremely young, but all of these guys will be in their prime at the same time. I gotta say a lineup of PG, Joe Johnson, Josh Smith, Marvin Williams, Amare would be a damn good lineup for years to come. That would be a great situation for Amare because he would be the leader of a potential contender.
I don't see Amare playing with all of them though. They are talented but wouldn't they need to give up some of that talent?
idk a lineup (assuming they dont get a pg) of Johnson Childress Williams Smith( a little undersized but o well) Amare would be a decent squad in the east... they would be real exciting to watch too

That'd be a sick lineup and a contender in the East for a long time. They could deal Childress, Zaza, and/or Shelden for a true PG and still have a pretty solid bench.
<div class="quote_poster">CLos Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">Do they have enough cap to get Amare in the deal?</div> No, they'll have about 7-8 mil more than likely in cap but Tyronn Lue and Lorenzen Wright totals $6 mil expiring.
<div class="quote_poster">CLos Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">That's true. I see them going after Mo Williams also.</div> They couldn't go after Mo Williams, because they would use their cap space to absorb Amare's salary, but would have to throw in $6 mil or so expiring deals into the mix to make the trade work.
I really don't believe PHX will trade away their future for Kevin Garnett. I think Steve Kerr is smarter than that.
would Atl rather have Odom, Bynum and Kwame instead of AStoudamire, with the picks going to Minn and Garnet to the Lakers?
I dont think they want Kwame because he's garbage and Bynum still needs to develop while Odom is another SF. Get Amare who is a Center and an All-Star especially who could dominate in the East.
Odom is a 20-10 power forward at his natural position, Bynum is a legit NBA center with potential for stardom, Kwame is a fair backup NBA center with an expiring contract and the Lakers throw in the 19th pick. Much better than AStoudamire with all his injuries.
