Rudy Fern?ndez was the best player still on the board in the later Lottery. Phoenix would be stupid as hell to pass him up at this point.

Whoa!! Portland going to get Rudy Fern?ndez??!! Damn this team is stormin'.

Hopefully Philly could land Glen Davis at 30 [IMG]</div>

That would be a reach imo. I love Glen, but if a guy like Rudy, Byars, or Almond is on the board we can't pass them up. I wish a microsoft stock holder owned the Bulls or 76ers ):

Yea, I've been high on him for a couple years. He's actually really similar to Sergio, so that should be interesting. Really athletic, proven at the best level, and a creative playmaker. The contract situation is difficult though.

Anybody else think that Phoenix is more hesitant to make a deal with Colangelo because of the way he left? That's two straight years where we were looking to buy late in the 1st round, Phoenix was selling, and we came out empty.

Is Rudy 21 or 22? They just said two different ages when they were talking about him.

Portland are well on their way back up to the top and I'm loving it as a classics fan. I grew up in that era with Clyde Drexler, which is why he's one of my favorite players of all-time.

Dude, anyone who works for ESPN is a major joke. They don't know anything about foreign players. No ESPN personnel know anything about sports other then what goes on in the US and Canada because they're all poor analysts. They have no reach or expanded knowledge.

Morris Almond. Very good pick for that system.

You suck. Man I'm pissed right now I love Almond and Byars both of them are going to be big time players. However, Almond won't put up big numbers his rookie years because Sloan rarely plays rookies.

At least one of Portland's 2nd rounders has to be for sale. Do your thing Colangelo!

Good pick up for Utah at this point. I'm sure they would've killed to get Rudy though.

Damn it. The Jazz just made me look stupid. Won't be the last team to do that tonight. [IMG]

I'm hoping Byers or Davis fall to the Magic but that's just a pipedream.

Davis may be a possibility at pick 44, IMO.
