I'll be in on this bet as well to show my support for the Packers and fellow fans, I like the sig Idea by Pack attack as well!
I'll join in on the Pack/Bears sig bet as well, but I must say I'd like to see B1F join BF1 on this bet, as well as any1 else who'd like in, but I can't think of any other Bear's fans....

I would agree that their comparable but I wouldn't put money on either or making it to 500 this year. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>You have to know that once the talented youth in Detroit puts it together they will pull ahead of the pack. Until he stays healthy I wouldn't base a prediction off of him. He's inconsistent and has been injury prone since college. That's why he fell in the Draft to the end of round 1. Call me bias but I like Brian Caulhon to take over for KJ as soon next year. Not that Caulhon will beat him out. KJ will probably just get hurt. Roy Williams I'll give you. Solid player in my opinion but needs to breakout or otherwise he has to fall in the same boat as an underachieving WR. Mike Williams?? This guy is like #4 or #5 on their current depth chart. He's as good as gone next year. Great #10 pick. The offensive line isn't good. Very similar to Green Bay. Shaun Cody the DT is unproven. Sure he was a 2nd round pick. That doesn't make him good. He has upside but is yet to do anything in the NFL. Teddy Lehman hasn't done much and falls in the same boat as Cody. I liked Ernie Sims out of college and I think he has potential to be good but he alone isn't enough to make me think this team will win the division. So where is this good young talent? All I see is mistakes made by Matt Millen. I root for my team but I also accept reality. The Lions won't be any good until Matt Millen is back at Fox broadcasting games with Dick Stockton. Green Bay very well could possibly be heading in that direction. Ted Thompson could be our Matt Millen. I?m not really sure. I have the pack going 6-10 this year. I think we?re rebuilding. I?m reserving judgment on a 2nd year GM for now. Millen on the other hand took over a 9-7 team and turned them into the worse franchise in Sports this decade and has been their for 5 years now.

QBs Detroit- B Greenbay- B+ Kitna has had one really good season and is a very servicable player, Favre is still the creme of the crop in the division. HBs Detroit- C Greenbay- C Jones is very young and has potential to be explosive, however the injury bug has plauged him through out his career. Green used to be a premier back in the NFL, he still has the instincts and seemed to still have burst, but thanks to his punishing running style it is unsure if he can return to anything resembling his former self. WR Detroit- C- Greenbay- B- Detroit has by far one of the worst receiving cores in the NFL, im not even sure who is starting opposite of the talented Roy Williams, three first round receivers in 3 years and only 1 is starting the other cut and the other buried on the depth chart. The Packers Don't have too much better, but they have a proven experianced veteran in Driver, and a Potential gushing Greg Jennings can Jennings live up to his potential is the question.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Lets do a lilttle Break Down f part of the Starting Rosters WOOOO!</div> Defensively, the Packers are better (and deeper) at every position than Detroit is, too. I will concede, however, that the Lions have a better kicker.
How things get overblown. I watched the interview last night. It had a lot of IF's. He didn't trash the Pack. He said he didn't want to play for another team. He said IF Green Bay told they want to move on and he got the itch to play yet he'd consider playing for another team. I wouldn't doubt him playing for another team. Funny situation on the radio. They said if Sherman would've gotten the New Orleans job, he could of traded for Favre and brought him with him.
I don't think it's a matter of the Lions not being as good as the Pack. They've had a talented team now for 5 years but are the biggest underachievers in the league and no one can take them serious anymore. Take 2 teams with the same talent, one led by Harrington and now Kitna and one led by Favre, wonder who will finish better. At least the Bears have leadership on defence
Gyro Favre wont leaqve because if he does you know there are going to be fans that probably would hate him and he doesnt want that. He'll probably stay in Green Bay for the fans.

I personally would like to see Favre go elsewhere. Green Bay is rebuilding and the media is slowly starting to just tarnish his legend. On a winning team I think he can still be a solid QB but if he does throw another 29 INT's, I don't think any team would want him.
what i personally dont understand is that Favre in the offseason takes months and months trying to decide if he even wants to play next season and NOW hes considering playing for a different team. It doesnt make sense to me
There is always a time to move on...if they replace him he should move he is a quality qb and with the right weapons he can be atleast a good qb again...watever he decides hes gonna have ppl behind him either way
