Well, two of my favorite options are gone (Kapono, Walton).

I would love for us to make a push for Mo Williams, but it's highly unlikely that we'll end up with him because 1) He'll get more than the MLE 2) We don't have many valuable assets to acquire him via S&T 3) There are many teams competing for his services.

What is the situation with Alonzo, because if he isn't coming back, the Heat will need to sign a backup C.

    Still undecided.

Oh well, we have Earl Barron. He dominates Summer League you know...

I think Matt Barnes would be a great sign for us. We lost Kapono and are most likely losing Posey so why not go after a good, YOUNG, athletic Forward.

Mo and Shard are probably not coming down here even if we do try a S&T. Brevin Knight may be a pretty nice option if we can get him at the right price. I really don't trust a guy like Ron Artest, plus I don't want to give up our good young players in Haslem and Wright.

Looks like Mo Williams is close to signing a deal so he'll be sticking around with the Bucks for 8 milion/year according to some reports.

...I like Jarvis Hayes and Ruben Patterson to replace Posey and Kapono at the 3, but that really isn't an upgrade. I'm waiting for Riley to pull off something. Do something please because we can't go into the season with a roster resembling our current one.

Wow, I really thought Mo would want to come to a team where he could contend and play with D Wade and Shaq. Oh well, we really need to do something or we may lose Alonzo to retirement.

So what do the Heat have left, and they haven't really done anything so far.
