<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- The Charlotte Bobcats picked up the second-year option on forward Walter Herrmann's contact, his agent said Monday. Herrmann, who had been playing in the Spanish ACB League, signed a one-year deal last September with a team for a second season worth about $2 million. After not getting off the bench in 34 of Charlotte's first 64 games in his first NBA season, Herrmann became a key contributor for the Bobcats over the final two months, while taking minutes away from rookie Adam Morrison.</div> Link From the two games I've seen him play against the Wizards including watching him live, I don't see why he isn't getting more attention. This man is just a solid shooter, especially from 3 point land and he's got a strong body to collect rebounds. He'll probably be one of my ones to watch to breakout this season or to win most improved.
They better have picked up his option, when he started getting minutes, he was killer, and he shot like 46% from downtown for the season and 50% FG or something like that.

Check out his game logs from then: http://www.nba.com/playerfile/walter_herrm...game_stats.html Didn't average less than 10 points in 17 of the last 18 games of the season.
I picked him up for my fantasy team and he helped. He was doing everything. He hit like 4-5 threes on a couple of his games. He also did good on the boards. He's definitely an underrated player.
