<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The Charlotte Bobcats and free-agent forward Gerald Wallace have agreed to a contract, the Observer has learned. A source close to the negotiations said Wallace will sign a six-year deal worth $57 million. The sixth year of the contract will be Wallace's option. He also can earn bonuses worth as much as $2 million each season. Wallace's contract with the Bobcats, who obtained him in the NBA's expansion draft in 2003, expired at the end of last season, and he briefly became a free agent.</div> Source I'm liking the lineup of Felton, J-Rich, Wallace, May, Okafor. Some decent bench players in Carrol, Morrison, Hermann, etc. if J. Davidson or Dudley give them good production I think this team is a lock for the POs.
Wow, looks great. I think this is now a good contender for the 8th or 7th seed in the east, I like this line-up a lot.
I love a combo Felton and J-Rich, thats going to give us some exciting highlights. As for the whole lineup, it looks strong and well built. I guess MJ was thinking when he traded for J-Rich.

Definitely glad to have Wallace back I am sure. He would have been attractive to many teams. You guys have a nice strong nucleus and could definitely play in the playoffs this year!!!
Wooh, good thing we didn't pull an Otis Smith. This is a very deserving deal IMO for Wallace. Good job MJ, you had me worried for a while.
Great Move by Bobcats nice lineup and other thing is Hermann is the X-factor like Nocioni role on the Bulls
Definitely a great signing by the 'Cats. They've got a great young nucleus that could very well be playoff bound next season for the first time.
The Bobcats have to be making the players sometime in the next 2-3 years, this looks like a solid young team right now.
