Was just reading that theres some rumors that Portland may try and trade Jarret Jack and Joel Pryzbilla. I reckon they woul dboth fit well with the Celtics. I been trying to think of a trade that would benefit both sides if a trade to get either or both to the celtics could be made. Maybe Kendrick and Tony Allen for JJ and JP? They get a young centre to back up Oden and a possible sixth man in Allen? We get a solid PG and a starting centre. JP i s agood shot blocker and defender and JJ is a solid passer and would be a great back up to Rojan, a bit more expirienced and able to control the tempo a bit more. TA is a good player, but will struggle for minutes (if he gets back from injury) with PP, RA, AR, GG, GP and RG. Portland would get a good bench player and Perk would help maintain some of the defensive pressure (well a bit anyways) that Oden sounds like he will create in the post, when he is resting.

Not only is he an attitudinal cancer that they want to get rid of, but he's shown up to recent workouts completely out of shape. Webster's more of a two-guard than a forward at this stage of his career. He's more or less just a one-dimensional spot-up shooter at this point. So really, the only reliable small forward they have is Travis Outlaw, who might not be ready for starting minutes. They're also losing last year's starter, Ime Udoka, in free agency.
Can you guys explain to me why another team in the National Basketball Association would want to pay Darius Miles nine million dollars for the next three seasons?

However, Paul Allen really get along with Miles, so I'm not sure how if Pritchard will get the approval to offer him the buyout. Isiah Thomas is also a big Darius Miles fan and wanted to reunite him with QRich a couple of seasons ago. Maybe they can deal bad contract for bad contract with the Knicks sending over Malik Rose or Jared Jeffries in return for Darius Miles?
