Donaghy is the NBA official who recently resigned and is being investigated by the FBI for gambling on games, some of which he worked. In December, the Magic lost 103-89 at home All-star center Dwight Howard had one of his worst games of the season that night, getting only four points before fouling out in 19 minutes. Howard fouled out of three games last season. In January, the Magic lost at home to the Atlanta Hawks, getting outscored 52-35 in the second half. The Magic went into the game favored by nine points. He also worked Game 2 of their playoff series against Detroit. The Pistons were favored by eight points. They won 98-90.</div> Source: Orlando Sentinel
Who called the fouls on Howard though, it's not enough to just know he was in the games, if he wasn't the one making the calls, then who knows, but it he was, then there's something to say. I mean if in that game he only called one foul on Howard out of his 6, then it wasn't really him changing the course of the game.
