I'm starting an Orlando Magic blog for the front page. It'll be a weekly thing and it'll probably be up and running in the next week or two. I'm just curious, what would you guys like to see on the blog? I figured that you guys would be the one's reading it mostly since we all love the Magic so I want your input. Also, if you have any ideas for a catchy name of the blog, post them here.
- Write about Harry Potter and we can all debate who is stronger, Harry Potter or Ron or Hermoine * instant blockbuster blog right there* - Write about "100 ways to spend 118.5 million dollars instead of using it on Rashard Lewis" - Write about how awesome Travis Diener is going to be on the Pacers - Write about who has the best body in the Magic's lockeroom - Have a gossip column where we can gossip about the Magic and stuff And the catchy title: Swish and the Prisoner of Azakaban
Okay, serious response, but they probably can only take place during the season.... Anyways, write about your feelings and thoughts after a couple of Magic games. For example, after a big win, write about that, after a big loss, write about that. When the Magic are on a huge winning streak, write about how you feel at that moment, and do the same on a losing streak
Ok, that would work during the season but what are some ideas for the offseason? I was thinking some things such as grading the moves we've made (hiring Van Gundy, signing Shard, etc.) or who should stay and who should go. Would you guys be interested in things like that?
I like that grading idea. I'll pretty much read anything concerning the Magic. As for ideas... maybe you could write about what moves you would've made during the off-season if you were GM.
I'd like to hear a detailed opinion on how Ariza and Redick can improve, and what impact they'll have on our future.
Great ideas guys. Keep them coming. I'll put these on my list. The column will be released weekly so stay tuned!
Also write if you were in Otis Smith's shoes, what would you have done this offseason?? Also, write a Magic preview this year about how the team will improve and also what is still needed to take it to the next level. Call it...Magic: A Work in Progress or something like that
