Does anybody believe in paranormal experiences? Does anybody have any experiences that they want to share?
I don't really believe, but I've experienced some strange crap that is quite unexplainable. Also, a buddy of mine had an experience so wild when he went camping with some friends that they all made local headlines a few years ago. My experiences come from where I used to live. For one, the people that lived in my old apartment before we moved in were a couple. The husband killed his wife and hung himself in the dinning room a few years before I was even born. When I was a kid I often heard muffled noises coming from the hallway, as if something was walking around. Also, multiple times in the middle of the night I made my way downstairs outside and found myself awake around 1am under the stairs in pitch black. Like as if something was drawing me there. I still like to believe it was odd sleepwalking habits, but between 6 - 11 years old? Some other things I believe were just my eyes playing tricks on me. As for my buddy and his friends, they went out camping illegally in the Yankee Woods of Oak Forest/Tinley Park in south Chicago. Mind you these woods are well known for being one of the most haunted sections in the country. This is how it all went supposedly. He was grilling bratwursts with two of his friends around 11pm at their camp. Another friend of his went out to "use the facilities" and when he came back the same direction the camp wasn't there and in place were strange tall trees. He mentioned that he figured at the time that he was just tired and got lost, so he went around and it brought him into a circle of trees that seemed to be so far together it was like a wall where you can't get out. He left the same way and went back to the place he just took a piss. When he got there he kept going straight after he heard voices and suddenly found the camp, despite clearly remembering it was in the opposite direction. So they all ate around 11:30pm and the guy who got lost was telling them about what happened to him. You know, of course they disregarded it at the time and just thought he was a dumbass for getting lost. When they finished eating they were about to smoke some weed before heading to sleep. My friend had to get something he left in his car and when he was coming back he seen a similar sight his friend explained, very tall trees. He said he never noticed them and he was really freaked out. He wanted to head back to camp and took out his flashlight to help guide him around the trees. Instead, like the other, he came across a circle of trees bound together like a wall. He stayed in there for a few seconds before he heard a hissing sound and figured it was an animal or something so he took off back towards the car. Problem is, his car wasn't there and he heard his friends' voices. He followed them going straight and found the camp. He was really freaked out so he told them all that they would be leaving now because he fealt really freaked out and his friend that experienced the same thing just started crying. They packed up everything and started heading back to the cars. The female friend that was with my buddy just suddenly fell to the floor and had a panic attack and started to state that she had visions death. My friend asked if she smoked anything and the others said that nobody smoked any of the weed yet. Then they heard the hissing noise and it went from sounding like an animal to being muffled and irate. Two of them took off with the camping stuff to get the cars and my buddy stayed with the female friend to help her get moving because she was just on the ground shivering as if she was having compulsive twitches. When he finally got her on her feet he was holding her hand to guide her through when they found tall trees with no sight of the other two. She came out and didn't remember anything and didn't even realize where they were, she just started screaming, freaked out of what was going on. When they weren't paying attention my friend said, "the trees bound together around us suddenly, I was scared out of my mind I didn't know if it was some sort of trick or some strange ****. I just wanted to get the **** out there!" Then the hissing came closer to the area where he was and his friend just kept screaming loudly and crying and crying before she sunk to the ground and covered her head. That's when all the crazy stuff happened. He said that he seen demons after the trees opened up in the middle to reveal flames. He couldn't do anything but just stand there and stare at what was in front of him, he was totally numb all over and he felt a cold sensation inside his stomach and a bit in the chest. His heart seemed to stop and everything was just crazy fast motion until he heard his friend's voices and suddenly everything just went away in the blink of an eye. The tall trees still there, but no circle of bound together trees. His friend wasn't next to him anymore and he had no idea where she went because he never seen her leave his side. His other two friends arrived in one car and took him in asking where the girl was. Obviously he had no idea, he didn't even tell them what happened. They drove back to his car and his one buddy who hadn't seen anything yet drove him home while the other guy stayed behind looking for the girl in the woods. They didn't hear from him or the girl in two days until police found them both naked with some minor first degree burns at the edge of the woods near train tracks. They were hungry, exhausted, a bit dehydrated and scared out of their minds. My friend and the other two were checked into a mental institution in Tinley Park for two months to see what was wrong with them. The doctors there found nothing wrong and explained that it was likely caused by mass hallucination and the effects of taking drugs over the last few years. They couldn't explain the burns on two of them and where they came from. Police in the area where I lived like to keep things quiet since the area is monitored by government installations and has a section 8 a few miles away. People called them nuts naturally, but it made minor headlines as a joke basically. The real kicker to this whole thing is that several people nearby even reported to the police that they had seen fires in the woods. Take all that as you will, but I can't explain it any further.
You know...I don't want to start a debate or anything here, but here's what I've heard about these kind of things. In Islam we believe that there are "Jinns" all around us. One of my friends who is a strict Muslim has told me stories of crazy things he's seen and they've all been in forest areas. These Jinns live in the forests, in trees and stuff and they don't like to be messed with. We avoid "using the facilities" on trees and such. The story you just said M Two One in my mind makes sense from the thing's I've heard. Thankfully I haven't seen any of this kind of stuff, but I believe my friend about these things, and I believe in my religion. I'll tell you what he saw once. He was in London somewhere in some forested area at night with some friends. They were staying at this place that was pretty old and stuff and the backyard was basically...a forest with tall trees. He said that he heard voices out there and they looked out the window and saw a car approach. My friend and his buddies thought that maybe the people in this car were up to no good, since it was late at night. So they decided to go outside and check it out. So they went outside and the saw the car and no one was in it. So then they looked in the backyard. It was basically a big open area with tall tree's on the 3 sides. What they saw was a lady, in a long white gown and she was semi transparent. She was on top of one of the trees. She pointed at where the car was and my friends turned around to see it, and it was gone. Then they looked at the lady and she jumped from one tree to the other, and then to another before jumping into the sky and vanishing. Crazy, crazy stuff. I have another story/event but I'll type it up a little later when I have some more time.

It would seem to me that the theory of Jinns can explain most paranormal activity for example ghosts, UFO's and aliens. Relevant to M Two One story is when I first heard about Jinns is that you should never whiz on trees because this is where they like to dwell if you do this they're likely to follow you home and cause mischief. They're made from smokeless fire but it doesn't seem right to me that this would explain where the burns came from on the people in the story or the fires in general because they're made of a substance that we can't really comprehend and I'm not sure if it's hot or cold or even looks like fire. My friend has had frequent experiences in the past with them and it would seem that there was one in his house that was causing loads of unexplainable activity the kind someone would label as a ghost like doors slamming and footsteps on the stairs. The only paranormal activity I've encountered was when I was very young and me and my friend were up to no good shining laser pens out of his window late at night trying to annoy someone. Whilst we were doing it we saw what seemed to be an aeroplane or helicopter distance away, well all we could see were two bright lights closely together. Now here's the weird bit the lights flashed on and off then they seemed to drop down incredibly fast and then stopped dropping and halted still in a flash which just didn't seem possible for any plane or helicopter to do then they flashed more and disappeared. I have no idea what it was. I will post up some more of my friends later
I've had a couple. My uncle lives in a house in SD, it's an old house. The previous owner's daughter was given a roofie, raped, and died from an OD in the house in the living room. Well, one night I was sleeping in the living room on the couch and it was a hot summer night. The air wasn't on. I was freaked out enough knowing I was sleeping where someone was raped and OD'd. Throughout the night I heard footsteps and little noises (which I'm sure my mind was playing tricks on me)...but the weird part is, there were random patches of cold air. I can't explain that part. I've also had my TV turn on at 2 AM randomly. I've had the TV volume go up randomly, I've had the TV turn on randomly...then I'll turn it off, and 5 minutes later it'll turn back on. I've had my alarm clock go off randomly. Little stuff like that.
The TV turning on and volume increase or decrease is caused by a mechincal problem with the television. My fianc?e just had the same thing a few days ago and she called a technician about what is causing it. No problems there.

The TV turns off by itself, and if you just smack it once, it'll turn on by itself. It happens quite a lot actually, I'm pretty sure it's a mechanical problem.
has anyone here experience sleep paralysis? sometimes, that shi[i/] is the scariest ish you'll ever experience. i just came back from a track meet and no one was home. i fell asleep on my couch and i woke up about an hour later. i couldn't move my body, so i started worrying. i then see a man in a black coat looking over at me running really fast, but i couldn't get a good look at his face, even as he was getting closer. he then comes up to me, and i just start freaking out, and i even tried screaming but he just started laughing. nothing happened, but i just closed my eyes until it went away btw, does anyone know anyone who can "see and hear" the supernatural? i have a lot of stories. i'll share them later.
My friend says one time he saw a woman admit that she was wrong, we all think hes full of sh*t though and just trying to get attention or something. I remember one time I slept walk out to my front door, opened the door, stood there for like a minute in the doorway then slammed the door shut and went back to my room. Scared the hell out of my mom and I didn't remember it until she brought it up that morning, then I remembered it all pretty clearly. Seems like you're half awake when you sleep walk but you're still out of it unless something wakes you up (which is horrifying). Like one time I remember waking up at like 3 in the morning in my family room with the TV on, I like snapped out of it (I'm guessing something on TV woke me up) and I was scared sh*tless and ran back to my room. My friends family swears that two of the houses they lived in had ghosts or spirits or some crap living there. One was a friendly ghost who they say was always just doing random **** for attention but no one was scared of it. Had a name but I can't remember what it was, they all swear it was real and they just lived with it. The other ghost was not friendly I guess and convinced them to move out not long after they moved in. This one had a name too but I don't remember it either. Also I had an experience similar to Mamba with the TV thing a few weeks ago. I went out to my kitchen to go get something to eat at like 1 in the morning and was out there for about a minute or two. When I came back my TV was off, scared the **** out of me for a second, lol obviously not very scary or spooky looking back on it but it was weird because I'm SURE it was on and I leave for a few minutes and came back and it was off. At the time I just thought my mom had come in randomly and turned the TV off becuase it was waking her up or something but I don't see why she wouldn't have just shut her door or something and how she could have gone in there without me seeing her go into the hallway. When I came in and saw the TV off it sort of gave me chills for a second I stood there perfectly still thinking how the hell it could have happened. Maybe it was some electrical problem or something but the TV has never done that before and hasn't done it since.

He was sleeping on the couch and started having a nightmare. He was sweating like crazy, so 3 of us tried to wake him up. When he woke up he said he couldn't move, and the 3 of us couldn't pull him off the couch, there was some force tugging from the other side.
I used to have some scary stuff happen to me when I used to sleep like about 2-3 weeks ago. Like when I would have a dream, I'd struggle breathing in my dream or I wouldn't be able to my move my arms from one place to another. I used to have stupid stuff like that happen to me. Like I'd struggle to move my position when sleeping. But it doesn't happen anymore. I don't know why but these days when I'd wake up, my shoulders hurt like **** man.
One time I went to bed and woke up to my strobe light going off in my face. It hadn't been used in days and when I tried to turn it off it would'nt stop. So I had to unplug it. Scared the crap out of me waking up to that.

In answer to your question my friend sees things all the time I will try to type them up later cos it will take so long and because it is my friend who is Muslim will involve Jinn so sorry for bringing them up again Here's another story, my friend also told me once that he was sleeping and he had like an outer body experience where he went out of his room out the back door and out in the front of his house and saw this person who lived near him some crack head or something and she looked awful he tried running away but couldn't and she started screaming at him then he suddenly ran back into his house and into his bed and woke up. He said that it felt real ... Weird

One time I was watching the Omen on TV at like 1 o clock and during the scene where the nanny hangs herself, the TV went to the gray fuzz screen and a couple minutes later the "Techinical Difficulties" screen showed up. Not a paranormal thing, but it freaked the hell out of me. I've never experienced anything like what you guys are posting.
a friend of mine was driving one day and he was bugging out after some fight with his girlfriend. he was driving and he saw some woman in a white dress in the middle of the road. mind you, he was angry as hell so he didn't even bother. as he was driving, he looks at his backseat and the woman was there. he just stopped the car and looks back, the woman wasn't there. he goes up and calls the pastor of our church (who also happens to be his friend) and tells him about it. he even started swearing his ass off cause dude was tripping out. after the conversation, he continues driving and the woman re-appears in his backseat, doing absolutely nothing but staring at him. he then starts crying as he drives and finally gets to his apartment. he just bolts out of the car and into the elevator. while he was in the elevator, it just stops and now he was just absolutely terrified. after 5 minutes, the elevator goes up again and as he tries to open his door, the same woman in his car walks up to him. the door opens and he just jumps straight to bed with his bible. he woke up the next day and told all of us all about it. i'm not sure if i believe in the paranormal, but some of these stories are straight-up freaky.
