<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> Chicago police reports reveal that thieves broke into the home of Eddy Curry early this morning and may have tied up the Knicks star foward during the alleged home invasion.

Curry was traded to the Knicks from the Chicago Bulls in October, 2005 and averaged 19.5 points and seven rebounds a game for the Knicks last season.

The pro basketball team confirmed later today that Curry's family was home during the robbery and said in a statement released this afternoon: "We are very thankful that Eddy Curry and his family are safe. He told us it was a traumatic experience. At this time we are aware that the local authorities are handling the situation."</div>

I would make a defense joke right now, but I actually like Eddy. And I wouldn't wish this on anyone. But these NBA players should start to look into better security for their homes and possessions. Isn't this the 3rd time something like this happened?
