PITTSBURGH (Sept. 8, 2006) -- Former Green Bay Packers running back Najeh Davenport signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
well willie parker did a damn good job i think, though they probably do need a goalline threat, because Fast Willie isnt really that big but he did a real good job against Miami i think
I'm a Packers fan, and I always liked Najeh. Hes a bigger RB, and SHOULD be used in 3rd and shorts and goal line situations. If they limit him to just that, and let fast willie parker do the rest, this could be a great pickup! i wish him luck!

Davenport couldn't fit in our system but in Pitt he's a great fit and should spare Parker on 3rd and short. I'm glad to see him get picked up.
