I know it seems ****** for everyone in the Eastern conference, but I'm kind of excited. It's gonna be cool to see Pierce, Allen, and Garnett own everyone (except for the Magic). I like the Celtics, if I wasn't a Magic fan I'd be a Celtics fan, plus I'm moving to Massachusetts in a couple days. But I'll always and forever be a Magic fan. By the way, I'm probably gonna be without internet for a few days starting wednesday.
Stay cool, and have a safe move Riot. Anyway, I was about to post this exact thing in the main section. I'd like open discussion on this, because I want to know where this puts the Magic. We signed(or rather traded for) Rashard, and we have Dwight, but those 2 can't touch trios such as Kidd-Carter-Jefferson, or Allen-Pierce-Garnett. Another thing that scares me, is the Bobcats. Felton-Richardson-Wallace-Okafor isn't a group of players to sleep on. Then you have Atlanta with Johnson-Childress-Smith-Horford. This isn't even factoring in Law, Pachulia, and Shelden Williams. Last but not least, we have New York. Marbury, a healthy Crawford, Z-Bo, and Curry are also one hell of an offensive threat. Again, not even factoring in Nasty Nate, Balkman, and Lee. I don't know man, it's hard to be a Magic fan when we have so little talent overall compared to others. I mean, we've improved, but not nearly as much as other teams. I really hope Franny Vasquez comes soon, and he pans out to be as good as he is hyped to be.

I mean its a scary combo but with strings attached. The Hawks are good but I think they are still aways because of the development of Law and Horford. The Knicks are always a threat but find a way to lose. The Bobcats are similar to the Hawks. With the Nets, we have beaten them twice this year. I mean overall record we can't but when we play them we could beat them. Dwight is gonna do soo much better this year in my opinion. Remember, we could possibly be getting PJ Brown or even Webber. I mean that also helps. JJ Redick and Ariza need to step up though.

We also went 2-4 against the Hawks last year. Like I said, don't sleep on them, especially when they have our number. <div class="quote_poster">Quoting CLos:</div><div class="quote_post">The Knicks are always a threat but find a way to lose. </div> That's hardly even an argument. They added Z-Bo, and Crawford is coming back from injury. That's the same Crawford who scored 50 points, and averaged close to 20 ppg before he went down. They are definitely a threat imo. <div class="quote_poster">Quoting CLos:</div><div class="quote_post">The Bobcats are similar to the Hawks. </div> The Bobcats added Jason Richardson, and are still growing. Every year, anyone can get better, just like you're hoping Dwight's going to be. I'm not even counting in the Wizards who'll be getting Caron Butler back, the Pistons who didn't exactly get worse, the Bulls and the Cavs who go without saying, and the 76ers who went on a pretty impressive stretch when they got rid of Iverson. Like I said, the East is starting to look scary. I can't say we'll honestly make the playoffs this year.

Childress still isn't as impressive as people claim he is. Smith and JJ are nasty though. <div class="quote_poster">Quoting The One & Only:</div><div class="quote_post">That's hardly even an argument. They added Z-Bo, and Crawford is coming back from injury. And they got a lot of "name" players but they have no chemistry. <div class="quote_poster">Quoting The One & Only:</div><div class="quote_post">The Bobcats added Jason Richardson, and are still growing. Okafor is a solid player but Ariza has got his number. <div class="quote_poster">Quoting The One & Only:</div><div class="quote_post">You're forgetting the Nets added Magloire, and are getting Kristic back from injury.</div> Magloire is solid but he isn't scary down low. Washington is great with the three headed monster but they are also very injury proned as well. If Butler or Jamison go down, they'll be out of the picture. Bulls, Cavs, and Pistons of course are always scary. The Heat are still scary with Wade. The 76ers aren't doing anything this year. I can see us making the 6-8th seed primarily because Rashard Lewis is a 20+ scorer every night and Howard will benefit. Also, SVG alone improves our chances.
