wow..... would love to see this..... what we lose in foot speed defensively we gain i over all game. And this would mean no chance to sign barnes..... yeah baby..... austin and pavlo....... ok looking at his numbers i am not all that impressed.... therre must be better options....i dont know the contract situations but gooden seems like he would be more valuable and ideal. changeof heart
I do like Pavlovic but he seems like a very similar player to Belinelli- good scorer/shooter, good overall offensive player, bad defense, bad rebounding, fairly athletic. I'd probably rather have Pietrus on a 1 year QO since he can rebound well and give us a bit of a different look, he was doing well last year before we got Jackson.
I heard Pavlovic was actually a good defender according to Euro standards. But what do I know about some of these new guys coming in or these internationals. Too many small role basketball players to keep track of.
I love Pavlovic. He can shoot, he isn't afraid to go the hole, he's long, and according to Cleaveland fans he has good D and is an average rebounder.
They've gotten him to be a good defender, he needs the right coaching for that. Even Sloan I remember said he was (or could be) a good defender, it was just hard to get him to do it. At one point he said his best defense was his offense, lol.
40% from three and 79% from the line, that's pretty good. He seems so similar to Pietrus, though, why don't both teams just keep their respective players?
