I'm a little concerned about how well the Mavs are gonna hold up this coming season. After two consecutive seasons of absolute immolation at the very end, is there any worry that they might not be as much of a lock for another great season? I have total faith in Josh Howard, sure, and Nowitzki is at least a 20 PPG guy, but I think Jason Terry is gonna seriously tail off, and I'm not so big on the Mavs depth.

What? The Mavericks are stacked, after their big three the lineup has: Jerry Stackhouse, Devean George, Eddie Jones, Devin Harris, DeSagna Diop, Erick Dampier, and even James Posey possibely.

That's just it, I'm not that impressed by the names on that bench. Every one of those guys, with the exception of Stackhouse, has at least a couple glawing flaws. Diop isn't particularly skilled, and Dampier is often apathetic. Eddie Jones is old and creaky, with suspect lateral movement. Devin Harris doesn't have much of a shot. If the Maverick really want to improve, I'd place a premium on playing Ager and Barea early and often.
