The Memphis Grizzlies will open the 2007-08 NBA regular season on Halloween night, Wednesday, Oct. 31, against Tim Duncan, Finals MVP Tony Parker and the 2007 NBA Champion San Antonio Spurs, tipping off another exciting 82-game schedule.

The Grizzlies will host 17 weekend games at FedExForum this season: six Friday night games, 10 Saturday contests and one Sunday matinee against the Miami Heat on Jan. 6 at 3 p.m. As in years past, all evening games tip-off at 7 p.m. with the exception of the nationally-televised Martin Luther King, Jr. game on TNT on Monday, Jan. 21 vs. Chicago at 4:30 p.m., with pregame ceremonies tipping-off at 4 p.m.

?This is a power packed schedule right from the opening night tip-off,? said Andy Dolich, Memphis Grizzlies president of business operations. ?With seven home games during the first month of the season, our fans will have plenty of opportunities to see new faces Mike Conley, Darko Milicic and head coach Marc Iavaroni along with the exciting core of Rudy Gay, Kyle Lowry, Hakim Warrick, Pau Gasol and Mike Miller.? </div>
