<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Andray Blatche likely will avoid jail if he's convicted of solicitation, but the third-year forward's future with the Washington Wizards remains up in the air, according to team and league sources.

Blatche, an unrestricted free agent who was a second-round selection by the Wizards in the 2005 draft, was arrested early Thursday morning along with an acquaintance after allegedly attempting to solicit sex from an undercover female police officer. He appeared in D.C. Superior Court on Thursday, was released and is required to return to court for a hearing on Aug. 31.

Blatche could face up to 90 days in jail and no more than a $500 fine. According to a lawyer familiar with such cases, he'll most likely be treated as a first-time offender and could have to attend "John School" -- a one-day counseling program designed to educate one-time offenders who have been charged soliciting prostitutes. Charges then likely would be dismissed in three to five months.</div>

Just hope that nothing bad happens to Blatche, as he'll still recieve that contract offer from Ernie. Maybe this will change Blatche's act and get him to mature over this.
