I'm going to be posting a player prediction thread for every single player on the Magic. I'll post a new player every couple of days. What we are going to do is predict the role of the player, the amount of minutes, and his statistics. Role: Minutes: Statistics: Additional Comments: --------------------- 2nd will be Marcin Gortat. He is entering his first season in the NBA, so no statistics available.
Role: 1st big off the bench Minutes: 15 minutes Statistics: 4 points 4 boards 1 block on 44% shooting Additional Comments: As of now he is likely the backup PF/C. I think we will be running a lot of small ball with Hedo/Ariza/Shard playing the PF position at times, which is why I have him getting 15 minutes.
Role: Primary backup PF/C as of now Minutes: Possible 15-20 depending on how he develops Stats: Solid 5pts/4rbs/.8blks Add. Comments: This guy could be a very underrated player for us. He is somewhat raw and I admit I don't know as much about him but he could get more playing time depending on how he does in preseason.
