He should expect a phone call or personal visit from one of Canada's newest citizens, Samuel Dalembert. The 6'-11" Sixer center says he will try to recruit the 6'-11" Net center for the Canadian national team, hoping the two can form a Twin Towers at the Americas Cup on in Las Vegas. No word from Magloire, but Dalembert says he won't give up easily. He was sworn in as a Canadian citizen Monday.</div>

Samuel Dalembert should stick to phone calls, not actually getting up and driving to Jamaal Maglorie. The next thing you know, Dalembert ends up in Mexico because he was reading the map upside down. Stupid Dalembert

I hope he does, man I wanna watch Team Canada do better then last. I know Nash won't play, the Suns think he will get injured and his shifty back. I want him too, but he probably won't.

Magloire Won't Play for Team Canada...this year

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Jamaal Magloire did the expected on Thursday, opting out of Team Canada. Magloire, a Toronto native, had been invited to join the team for the Americas Cup in Las Vegas later this month. But the 6'-11' center said that if Canada makes to the Olympics--it has to finish in the top three in Vegas--he would strongly consider joining the team in Beijing. Magloire also sounded optimistic about the Nets's chances, saying some teams will not do as well next season as they had in the past.

I don't this. Magloire needs to get in shape and the best way for him to do so is play in Vegas [IMG]
