He is clearly the best QB in the NFC North. Also, the bears offense proves that they didnt need that much help in draft, just a healthy grossman.

I wouldn't say winning in week 1 proves much. I'll be first to admitt that Green Bay is not a very good team so he played good against a non playoff team. I'd like to see him get tested by a good team and then come up big.

I will say he'll shut up the critics for at least a week about bringing Brian Griese though. He did have a solid game.

A decent game against a weak Packer team doesn't mean much. Grossman has a long way to go before he proves anything.

You crack me up! :stupid:

Five Red Zone trips with four field goals and an interception. Let's sign Grossman up for the hall of fame! And the Bears up for a first round Wild Card loss... (as always)

Spoken like a man who had jon SHITna at qb. 1 trip to red zone. 1 TRIP!!!!! Grossman lead them up and down the field and running game was not clicking. You didnt watch game, or you were wearing your lions shades when you did.

Yeah...the NFL's only three time MVP, a Superbowl champ, eight time Pro Bowler, Hall of Famer and a guy who is 21 - 8 against the Bears lifetime.

The humanity! I'm sooooo embarrassed.

Just to be argumentative, I am going to say Brad Johnson is the best in the division. Did you think I meant the other journeyman QB in the divsion? LOL.

I have never been & probably never will be sold on Rex. But, BF1 is right, a "healthy" Grossman may be all the Bears need to "cure" an anemic offense.

I haven't found it yet, but I imagine BF1 has a post from yesterday saying Brady is overrated. I picked GB & I couldn't tell you why other than it's week 1 & stranger things have happened. Favre has already been quoted as saying "maybe we ain't that good".

I'll admit he is the best QB in the Division but I'm not sure how much that says. I'll admit I've actually always liked REx and at his draft kinda hoped we'd get him. Lots of people thought he plays like a young Favre(sorry BF1 but that is a compliment) If Rex plays the whole season I will accept the Bears will win the division. The best part for them is Rex and Mush seem like they'll have good chemistry.
PA-my condolences on the sig

right now he is but lets see him play vs a really good defense before we say anything too crazy. Good games vs the Packers and the Lions cant mean that much.
