They're showing in on ESPN Classic today at 1 o'clock eastern time. From the 2006 season when Kobe went off for 81
its 4 o'clock eastern time (at my house anyway?). im definitely watching it. 1 o'clock was celtics-hakws, from march 12 1985.
I'll relive it again. That was one of the two best games I've ever seen (Aside from Kobe vs. Mavericks).
I've always wanted to see this and I never got the chance too. Now I finally can! I set it to tape and everything. I'm not gonna lie, I'm pumped for it. Thanks Jumpman!

<div class="quote_poster">Master Shake Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">What 81? Who is this Kobe Bryant you speak of?</div> Denial... It's ok it's part of the 5 step program of "accepting 81".

So about one hour of the two hour program has gone by and Kobe has 41. Within his first 41 points it sure didn't look like Mo-Pete made much of a difference defending him. Edit- Last i checked, Kobe had 44 points with 5:30 left in the third quarter when I believe Mo-pete took a break. Much of Kobe's production came off the perimeter, he was in such a great rhythm that night.

The best part is when Kobe pokes the ball away, tip toes the sidelines and dunks it home with two hands. The Staples Center was going nuts and the Lakers had the lead back.
