140 total yards. 22 touches. I'd say Bush had himself a great game. 14 rushes and 8 receptions. Exactly what New Orleans needed. Every game that goes by this year will have Texans fans scratching there heads to why they passed on Reggie Bush for Mario Williams. If I?m not mistake didn?t Houston have under 80 yards rushing? I saw the stat card earlier and it wasn?t pretty.

Well, it's kind of unfair as Domanick Davis got injured to make it look like the dumbest move in history but it was a bad decision. They should have taken Reggie and just auctioned him off for some immediate defensive help!

Anyway, Bush looked pretty good but not great.I think it was more of good management and play calling by Payton and the Saints. They made a bunch of great decisions.

22 touches for 140 yards in your first game is great especially for a rookie. Bush made a difference in today's game for the Saints and that's what matters most. McAlister got the tough yards as well. The Saints did what they had to do. I'll be interesting to see them first hand next week and also the week after against Atlanta on Monday Night.

Bush definately had a great game, for his sake though I hope they don't rely on him too much or he may end up getting worn out before the end of the season.

yea i think Bush did really well for his first ever NFL game but u gotta remember they played the Browns lets see if he can keep it up. McAllister got hte majority of the carries and gained 100 yards. If Bush does work out like the hype is saying though it'll be a great thing for my fantasy keeper league team

Davis shouldn't be on IR right now. They should have cut some scrub and let Davis rehab his knee. He'll be fine by week 3, but wont' matter. Thanks to Kubiak's moron decision, Davis will be sitting on the couch eating cheetos by then.

there's room on my couch if he wants to come over. We have tostitos!

Bush is a double threat & makes that offense a threat to score on every play.

I didn't see any of the game but the stats looked impressive.

Vernon Davis IMO will be more of an impact player for a longer period of time.

Good to have you back BB & G.

The Texans have been trying to replace Davis for two seasons. It was convenient for them to put him on IR. Now Kubiak gets to work with guys he likes like Lundy and Dayne.

Not in my opinion!I hate VD, he is a waste of a pick and has attitude problems....I love the pick of Manny Lawson and Micheal Robinson....VD is gonna be an athlete...Marcedes Lewis is a much better football player..
