    Some foods do indeed taste better overnight. Pizza for instance, many people hate the cold feel of the pizza in their mouths, but as Shapecity has mentioned, foods that have a lot of different flavors are allowed to marinate better overnight. Pizza is a great example, especially ones that are originally cooked very well with quality ingrediants. The best thing ever to taste better the next day is my Mother's meatloaf, hands down. We specifically cook it one night and put it away in the fridge for re-cooking the next day. The flavors are three times more intense that way. Anytime we cook that meatloaf, people come over to visit by the dozen. lol
