Are they implying Bryant will be traded to the Nets, or Kidd to the Lakers? [IMG]

I dont see why the Nets would trade Kidd, or why Kidd would want to be traded. He's coming off a career year, and is the face of the New Jersey franchise. The Nets are on the verge of making the Eastern Conference finals, so I dont understand why he would throw that away to go play with a poorly run team such as the Lakers.

I agree with NTC. Unless the Lakers offer up a miracle deal, Kidd will remain with the Nets. The Laker's management are in a position, where they have to please their superstar, but that doesn't mean the Nets will oblige to their offers. Rod Thorn would much rather look to acquire Kobe, before even thinking of dealing Jason.
